I wanted to poast this build here.I know that many of you will not like it,because it's just a build that...is unusual and maybe "nooby".
The thing is,I always wanted play Ele like an melee so this build is something like it.It's nothing special, nothing what is very good,it's very funy build.
And it,like all builds, work only for AB..maybe for PvE.
So don't blame me,you can try build in AB,see how it works, for me it works very good for there...
So,here we go:
Air Magic:5
Fire Magic:14 (11+1+2)
Energy Storage:7
Tactic:11
build:
Mark of Rodgot-Phoenix-Lava Font-Healing Signet-Conjure Flame-"On Your Kness!"-Gladiator's Defense-Gale
1st weapon slot:PvP Fire wand of Memory (with damage +15% while ench) and PvP Tactic Shield of Fortitude (with reduces daze duration on you by 20%)
health:585
energy:53
2nd weapon slot: Fiery PvP Sword of Fortitude(energy +5) and PvP Tactic Shield of Fortitude (same as in 1sr weapon slot)
health:615
energy:58
now you will say: Omg,what a noob.
well,I know why,and as I said this ONLY works in AB,if you think play it in RA,TA,etc. then yes,it's noob build.
Many people like to play only AB,to get title or just because they like it. So this is build for people like that.
I think you all know how to play build,if you need tips...well,I can write it here

2 Words:
Energy Management
(as in there is none)
As a build...I really hate the look of it! Elementalist and Warrior don't really go together. You may have a shielf but you're still squishy. Also is there actually a point in you using a sword? Would a wand with Halves Skill Recharge of Fire Magic not work better with the shield and ditch Conjure Flame? Why am I even suggesting ways to "improve" this?
*shakes head*
*cries a little*
The only reason builds like this work in AB and RA is because people REALLY don't expect them. I've come up against a few builds which are completely unexpected and...you sometimes don't instantly know what to do to counter them...until you encounter them a second time and know their little game. Not a build I'd run with...umm...ever

What, exactly, does this build do that a SH or Mind Blaster can't do better?
Without wasting their elite on the shit that is Glads Defense?

well, you can counter melee, and that assa spikers.
That is why I use that elite...and you don't need sword, only if you need +5 energy and +30 hp to survive...
The build does that it's balance to counter melee as well to kill them and kill casters.

If you really want a blocking stance [skill]wary stance[/skill] or [skill]disciplined stance[/skill] are far better choices than that piece of crap.
Trying to kill people with lava font and phoenix = epic failure, as does using conjure flame to wand people.
No rez in RA and not a monk = bad
No energy management = foolishness

Aww siesman, you guys are too harsh , ( yes I admit it is bad) but he said so in the beggining of the post, thats why I never post builds here, I have flamaphobia.
either way what the previous posters said is true, I guess by being harsh they get the message through though, so there ya, anyway, overall it is bad, but each to his own I guess.( sorry I did not offer any contructive advice but builds are not my strong point.)

Instead of flaming him outright, how about an alternative build. Glads isn't horrible, just not as good as an ele elite for a E/W. How about this:
[skill=card]Deadly Riposte[/skill][skill=card]Gash[/skill][skill=card]Fire Attunement[/skill][skill=card]Star Burst[/skill][skill=card]Flurry[/skill][skill=card]Liquid Flame[/skill][skill=card]Mark of Rodgort[/skill][skill=card]Flame Djinn's Haste[/skill]
This is a viable AB build, imo. Stick to your strengths, exploit the weakness and bravado of your enemies. As an ele, people will see you as a target, especially the melee types, so DR will work 90% of the time. Flurry is there to facilitate adrenaline for gash. Get a Zealous caster sword and an offhand with armor against slashing. Your sword isn't the weapon...you are. You could also change elites to a few different fire elites that cast quickly and do heavy damage.

not running fire sword with that build is rather stupid though, lol. (mark :P)
i don't see the point in attune and liquid, do an E/W with conjure and starburst? (would suck also, but if you like meleemancers?)
speedboosts is all you need, maybe [skill]Shield Bash[/skill] against assassins, but there's ZERO need for a blocking stance when you can KITE and do nothing against [skill]Expose Defenses[/skill] anyways.
also, you're gonna lack a deepwound against casters, and your DPS is terrible, so..

man e/w own if used right(what can never be done)
instead of aying him out think about this question...
what accures once every minute.
twice every moment.
but not in a hundren thousand year?
give up well thats what you should do with a e/w
tyr a w/e omg like a build with [skill=text]earth shaker[/skill] and [skill=text]aftershock[/skill] does a fair amount of damage....
the answer to the question is....
na once i did see a e/w fire guy that owne but thats becuase it was unexpected...
it was like
[skill]conjure flame[/skill][skill]frenzy[/skill][skill]hammer bash[/skill][skill]crushing blow[/skill][skill]star burst[/skill][skill]flare[/skill][skill]flame djinn's haste[/skill][skill]resurrection signet[/skill]
or mabye not flare i think it was [skill=text]mark of rodgort[/skill]
M did you get it?

Lord Nibiru also made pretty bad builds in the assassin board. Just ignore him.

Frenzy... on an ele... with no cancel stance?
Balthie, dear friend... If you ever see the guy who dreamed that one up again, tell him I have a silly picture for him.
