Anyone know where this spot is? (video included)
I found this video on Youtube.com... it CLAIMS that its "The Best Money Maker" spot for GW.....
So I'm just curious if anyone knows the spot... I'd like to try it out to see how true that statement is.

turai's procession...
i looked at the video once and it looked so damn familiar
good luck.. tell me where i can get that quest... i'll post if i find it
EDIT
http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Turai%27s_Procession
the only quest that i see plausible from that video to be the run is the "Battle of Turai's Procession" quest... check it out
EDIT 2
actually i think it is this quest... considering here
http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Battle_...27s_Procession
it says the following
Strategy #3
* Ranger/Rt with Barrage, Splinter Weapon, Nightmare Weapon, Natural Stride, Dodge, Zojun's Haste, Winnowing, and Edge of Extinction (stats: Max out Channeling Magic, 9 Beast Mastery, 7 Marksmanship, 5 Expertise, and 4 Wilderness Survival).
or
* Rt/R with Barrage, Splinter Weapon, Nightmare Weapon, Natural Stride, Storm Chaser, Spirit Rift, Troll Unguent and Edge of Extinction. (stats: Max out Channeling Magic (16 if possible), 11 Beast Mastery, 4 Wilderness Survival and 2 Marksmanship).

Sweet thanks for the info and links.
Anyone know if this can be farmed in HM? Or if the spot has been nerfed

I forgot all about this build.
I have run this build on my Ritualist. For NM, you needed at least LB2 to kill most of them off (at least before the Warriors healed themselves). I did do this run in HM, I could kill a few off, but I couldn't deal enough damage. With a high enough LB and proper aggro (no aggro whatsoever), it can be done.
Whether or not the drops are good, I have no memory of that.

Yeah, It can be done in HM. I do it with my Assassin + Hero, and only 1 Margonite Warrior survives at the end.
Drops aren't as good as they were when the farm was discovered, but I've got some golds
PD: Sorry for my english >_>

Can someone explain the way you go about this? I have a ranger and tried this in NM and I must be doing something out of order. I have all the skills from that r/rt build.

What are you having troubles with, Hexum? Make sure you put EoE up, farther back from the Margonites. Use Splinter Weapon, make sure all of them are together, and Barrage - and as soon as the arrows leave your bow, use one of the speed boosts and run back towards your spirit. Wait for them to regroup, and repeat.

Hey, that's the Stygian veil farmer. It probably could work though the clerics could be a problem

This is my R/Rt HM build (Not sure if Rt/R can do it, because of Dodge and Zojun's being Expertise, 33% speed boosts are needed in HM):
You need a zealous flatbow, an expertise mask (with sup rune), a beast mastery mask (with sup rune) and a wilderness survival mask (with sup rune).
When you run there, use the expertise mask. When you setting up the spirits, make ssure you use the according mask, and when you are shooting use the expertise mask.
There is a small chunk of rocks at the top of the hill where you run from. If you run to that chunk every time after you've shot of a barrage, activates Splinter Weapon and run back, you can be sure that Aegis has ended.
9 Beast Mastery
5 Expertise
8 Wilderness Survival
12 Channeling Magic
[skill]Barrage[/skill][skill]Splinter Weapon[/skill][skill]Dodge[/skill][skill]Zojun's Haste[/skill][skill]Natural Stride[/skill][skill]Predatory Season[/skill][skill]Edge of Extinction[/skill][skill]Tranquility[/skill]
I am r4 Lightbringer btw.

Hmm, I hate Nightfall.
Could someone help me out?
I have an ele (with like rank 4 lb)
A warrior (with rank 2)
And a monk (with rank 1)
Past those areas, is there a build I could run with one of those?

My build to farm them in HM is a 2 man with a hero and i average 2-3 golds per run and each run is about 7-8minutes.
Ele/A (you)
16fire
11shadow arts
rest in Energy storage
Reccommend 15/-1 offhand with as much energy you can put on (I manage with 79 energy)
Deaths Charge
Shadow Form
Dark Escape
Meteor Shower
Lava Font
Frozen Burst
Flame Burst
Flame Djinn's Haste
Monk/Ranger (hero)
12protection
8 divine favor
10 Beast mastery
Life Bond
Life Barrier
Vital Blessing
Succor
Blessed Signet
Edge of Exstinction
Walkthrough:
1). Run to the spot and have the first 24 margonites Spawn and wait for them to group.
2). Cast all hero enchantments on you and cast Edge of Exstinction about 3 milimeters away on the minimap.
3). Send the hero back to the cross section and target the middle most margonite.
4). Use skills in this order: 3,2,1,4,5,6,7,8
5). Pick up drops and run back then rinse and repeat for all 72 margonites.
Also if you want easy margonites, after the third group go north instead of back to the safe spot and look for chests where the margonites spawned. Generally there is one chest there that you can get.
This farm is already nerfed with the update that kills your drops if you kill a big group. I kill all 72 margonites and I only get 9-10 drops.

Nope.. Not nerfed yet. The reason why your drops suck is cause u probably drop them all at the same time. With splinter weapon they die "almost" at the same time but not exactly at the same time. I get AT LEAST 1 gold per run, and some suns yield me 3-4 golds. Most of the time they are armors. Items are uncommon, but they do drop. Most I got in one run was 5 golds.
My best drop was a gold req 9 Stone Crusher. As far as I know this is a very rare skin on a hammer. (same skin as kanaxai's mallet)
Margs drop a lot of silver dye for me. I got 5 silver dyes today, also regular tomes. Monk, warrior, mesmer tomes....
Lots of salvage crap if you're into that sort of thing.
If I counted all the drops I get in every run including whites, blues, and grapes, I'd say I get at least 25-30 drops or so.. sometimes more.
Overall, I still say this farm is a waste of time because you are not really getting more than 2k a run anyway... Most of the time much less, and rarely u can get more, but that's very unlikely. Dyes are worthless unless u et black or white... Golds are worthless(for the most part). It's fun though... It's the best farm to appear on the forums in last 5 or so months..
That's the way a farm should be. You "pop" a group, they all die in a beautiful gold cloud of experience and drop not one... but sometimes more golds every time!! That's how Shiroken farming was. I miss it so much.
Show me one more farm these days where you are almost guaranteed to get at least one gold every run, and that's in 10 min or less!
Farm this while it lasts, cause it will be nerfed VERY soon. Possibly the last farm like this ever. Lets hope Anet is too distracted with GWEN to care. Meanwhile maybe we'll get just enough $$$ for our new GWEN armors.
