Hi everyone! A littly story begins: Once upon a time The Eternal King (me

) was walking in the village; The Temple of The Ages. He saw people walking with awsome armor and asked what it was. ,, It is FoW armor you silly!'' FoW armor? Yes the most expensive armour. WOW!!! when he heard it he began to dream about it, after a year playing he still didn't get the armor. Now you all ask: Huh? could he not farm? Yes I have, I had 900k but for a weird reason I felt giving it away, so I gave it away to my allience. Now anno 28 July 2007 and I still don't got not even 1 single suit for a character. That's why I want to join also a great farming guild that does party's and stuff. But enough with the story. Please someone go with me and let's farm in 2 weeks time enough money for FoW armour! I hope someone wants to do it with me. (I will be back in 1 week, going on holiday please tell me ur ingame character on your reply and then we can begin!

If i were u, I wouldn't waste my money on junky lookin fow armor. Wait for a month and you will beable to get some pretty crazy ass looking armors. Eye of the North is going to have some pretty nice armors to buy. Someone said its possible that there will be some new armors that will use Ectos and Ob. Shards . Just do some solo farming for the next month, or chest running and make as much money as possible to spend when EoTN comes out.

I took a look at all the EotN armors bar the ranger and warrior sets, and I must say, amaaaaazingly disappointing. Absolutely every single one was a freakin reskin of current armor, and there was only ONE I would consider buying.

I think the screenshots are still out there on some photobucket album of a guy who either hacked, or leaked them.

Obsidian is still a nice armor to own, and I notice you mentioned you wanted it for the looks.

I'd be happy to lend a hand whenever I can.

Even know this will get me a ban for going off topic, thos "leaked" pics you saw were just texmod reskins...just a hoax...nothing more.

Yeah, those pics of armors are definately not what we should be expecting. Maybe they are, and if they are real armors... then they most likely will be the 1k armor sets. There is most likely going to be 5k,10k, and 15k armors, which I think are going to be pretty nice. And won't beable to see until EoTN comes out.

I wouldn't rely on those pictures. Wait until the expansion comes out, and then see if you still want to buy FoW armor or not.

What a coincidence, I also decided to make Obsidian armor (well, only boots and leggings) for my warrior. Yeah it isn't whole set, but still a lot of money to save up. I can solo FoW with my dervish, but I am intrested in some dual UW, I have a 55 monk, I'm pretty good with him. So when you are back, whisper @ Philip the Blessed

Several of the meshes had been tweaked, although only slightly.

And the account had 1,337 slots. As is stated on the gw wiki, it's impossible to change the font or text using texmod. Also, all the chars names had numbers in them.

And alot of those armors matched some of the pre-release screenshots we've seen. Massively disappointing, even if you only look at the screenshots.

600 monk, smitter, 55 monk (UW & FOW hard mode only)
Ign Monky Squan

SS necro +SV+AV (UW Normal mode only)
Squan the Death

Famine ranger (UW hard mode only)
Naughty girl

BUT if you want me to go as 600 monk or smitter for duo monk run i only do HM.

i do have a question, why not go solo smite runs with warrior or ele or rit

Was just wondering where you heard this, not questioning it's crediblity it just really really interests me

Good luck with your attempt at FoW armor, I myself randomly decided one day, after thinking FoW mesmer looked cool, decided to get it for my warrior (Completely unrelated classes but it happened). I 600/smited it when that was new, though never finished my warriors set, he lacks the chest piece. But then recently i got it for my assassin, my first full set

Lolpatrol here.

He only used texmod to edit the armour. Anybody can duplicate a font easily with MS Paint. Just because he has numbers in his name doesn't mean he's some sort of mod. Foreign players can use numbers in their names.Japan/Korea etc.
