killing windriders in 1-2 mins..hopefully for a ele
Hello
I seen on guild wiki that the wind rider's outside magus stone, drop ele sword's along with the krait neoss. So i figured i give it a try, I tested a few 55 build's too solo im but they failed, cause of lack of energy, Then i tired the 600/smither, He took a few out and then degend too death, But this build i came up with wroks pretty good on im, After doing some more testing i found they could take out the krait also, But that require's a littile more work..Has far has the build goes its nothing fancy there has been others like it..

The Farm
Its pretty smiple run out to the right on the top of the hill cast the spirts, make sure your enchants are up first, cast prot spirt, mystic regen, soj, Run down and argo the 2 groups of wind riders, has your energy shoots up you may need too cast mystic , and prot once more, Depends on your timeing, but they die pretty fast. Rezone and do it over again, Our there is the other option, of fighting the krait, Which require more work.
MAP FOR THE WIND RIDER PART OF THE FARM
Down side too this farm, is even though they die fast you still got too use either a hero our friend, Which in return can screw you out of the drops, Has far has the krait go they could be killed. But there are few factors, First they do disrupt, useally soj gets disrupted, So move around when casting it, The other part is the monk krait they could be a pain, Plus keep a eye on the spirts if they die recast im. This also my first guide on a farm so if i didnt make thing's clear enough im sorry, If anybody else could tweak this build and make it better, Please share and let us know.

Wind riders use interrupts, so it's not going to be too easy, from my point of view.

It is easy..what happens is cause of soj, The spirts from the ranger kick in and they start too degen, basically they degen death,plus the dmg from soj. They will useally die before mystic and proc spirt run out, I usealy blast off a second cast of mystic, Becuase it dont get interrupted, I have my protection set too run out after 21 second, mystic will run out at 20, dont worry about soj once they get hit from it the spirts kick in and they start too degen, They useally all die at once cause of the degen. Basically they will be dead before you stuff runs out, I done this run many times already with out dyeing, Give it a try and you will see, Its not hard at all.

You can easily use 55 Mo/Me with Mantra of Resolve, and you should be all set. U don't need to go dual... Will need HB and Mending, and possibly Watchful Spirit for extra 2 regen, to counter degen. But other than that, jus basic SoJ monk build with Mantra for Interruptions.

That was one of the 55 build's i tired, There degen even with hb and mending was strong, Plus they were sucking all the energy out of me, So i could not even recast, Thats why i went too the duel build, But ill give it another go and see if i can solo it

Well i tried some more solo builds too try and solo these on a 55..i dont think it can be done, I been playing gw for alsmot 2 years, and 55ing for a long time, and i know no way for 55 monk too counter energy leech..The only way i know for now that work is duel build..I seen that there is also a ele solo that works and rit build.but for a monk i think its a no go..Thx too everybody for responding back too the post.

Yeah, Monks do suck. lol. IF you got a Ritualist, try this build out. I've used it and it works fine without any problems at all.
I didn't exactly test out the monk, but I thought it might work. But ya, now that I think about it, soloing with a Monk seems to give you alot of energy problems. Or you could go Mo/D with Mystic Regen, and cast SoJ before aggroing the group, and you should have plenty time to renew anything you need while they are knocked down... and should be dead by time SoJ ends. try that out... just dont cast unless u really need to, to save on energy. Also, use 105hp with a high energy staff ... around 70 energy.

-Exit into Magus Stone from Rata Sum.
-Get Asuran Blessing from Shrine.
-Activate Mantra of Resolve, cast Channeling, Arcane Echo, approach enemies and cast VwK, Use "I am Unstoppable" and spam Vengeful Weapon.
-Cast the echoed VwK when first one Runs out of course... by the end of third VwK they should be dead.
-Use Air of Superiority before the enemies die, for extra bonus (if you have)
-Use Resilient Weapon if needed. Or use if you don't have "I am Unstoppable" for the extra 24 armor and to counter degen.

The Spirit Bond/Smiter duo build works really well here with the Wind Riders, bring Spell Breaker to prevent interrupt/degen and to counter the low damage from Wind Riders what the tank has to do is bring Healing Signet for the last spot, slap on spell breaker before going in and then cast Healing Signet when the wind riders are attacking, hit Esc right before Healing Signet finishes to cancel it and re-cast it, so the Wind Riders are hitting while the -40 armor penalty is there during the casting, that way the damage is garanteed to go over 60. All the Wind Riders will drop before Spell Breaker wears out. Didn't try killing Kraits yet, didn't know they can drop the sword also.

Frenzy doesn't work You do take over 60 damage but it doesn't trigger Spirit Bond.

Good thing this isn't the falls or the rest of Maguuma Jungle or you would be dead of shatter enchantment.I do believe they use it down there that is why it is best to use a Ranger.
