I was just wondering if it will work for Ranger :
Rapid Fire + Rampage As One + Heket's Rampage ?
Application 33% Attack Speed + Skill 33% Attack Speed + Stance 33% Attack Speed ?

max attack speed buff is 33% nothing stacks over that.
The only way to get over the cap is to use a single skill that gives a buff thats over 33%....which as of now does not exist.

From GW Wiki

Attack speed will not stack to exceed +33% or -50%.

Note that skills increasing attack speed by 33% actually increase the number of hits in a time period by almost 50% (49.3%), and 25% increases hits by 33.3%.

I *think* IAS is capped at 33% unless stated otherwise in the skill description

Yea except HM mobs who have +50% attack speed.
I think Drunken Master can exceed the 33% maximum speed boost unless they fix the bug. Right now at R4 the description says +12% but you actually get +14%. The description says +33% at R10 but you might get a bit more than that, maybe +35% or something.
Still not much of a difference and you have to drink a lot

you dont understand stacking. ANY single skill can advance beyond the cap. such as Dash, even though speed is capped at 33%, or AoB, when armor is capped at +25.
