Oh, and why do you care about a low req flatbow? It's just for pulling. Not like you're going to do much damage with it anyway without bow skills.

I am pretty basic.

I have a victos battle axe and a charr axe 15^50 of charrslaying, a dwarven(purple) 14^50 axe of dwafslaying, and a gemstone axe 15^50 of deathbane.

I use a Shield of the Wing +30hp and 10armor vs fire dmg, and Crude shield +30 -5(20%). Also carry a platnium longbow for pulling when needed.

Shift the paradigm, at least vs. Wurms in Prophesies. Sometimes, you'll get to a foe you simply can't get to in melee, or you can, but it involves inconvenience...

I cast a 10 curses level Barbs and then all of us start shooting at a stationary foe [or one too stupid to move]

9 AL ignoring dmg is all barbs damage sure but hey, 'damage is damage' as some would say and getting a vamp 9-13 0 req. bow simply looks better on paper than a 1-4 flatbow... [shoot me I'm picky ^_^]

That and watching them Hex #s damage fly while under flail is just 0_0

My shields are always on me and they are

Tactics
+30 -5 20%
+60 -3 while hexed

Strength
+30 -5 20%
+60 -3 while hexed

I always have a long bow for pulling, heck I even have a flat one on my Mesmer.

I also have the +45 -2 while enchanted or in stance on my heros off hand slot that I use if I need.

If using axes I carry my axes if swords then I carry my swords, all 15>50 and +30 health.
Zealous, Furious, Vampiric, IDS, FDS, zealous is king btw.

When Anet upgraded our storage that was a life saver since now if I use swords then my axes are sitting in slot 4 of storage and then if I use axes then my swords are there.

I'm also modding some old axes these days with slaying mods, so far I have charrslaying, demonslaying and deathbane. Next is dwarfslaying.

Regarding the no req. flatbow, 9-13 is the max. I do the same; I still carry my customized 9-13 Flatbow of Fortitude(+20! ftw!)that I got in Pre-Sear North of the Wall. The Candy Cane bow was changed in a fairly recent update to be longbow class, so that is now the highest(15-15) no req. bow as far as damage.

As for my armory:
Icy Tribal Axe of Fortitude, 15^50, req9
Zealous Hand Axe of Defense, 15%stance, req10, my primary weapon
Longbow of Fortitude(+20 health), 9-13, no req
Dragoncrest Axe, Factions end green

Alternate axes are:
Furious Shadow Axe of Fortitude, energy +5, for running, mostly
Totem Axe
Victo's Axe
I also have 2 Vampiric 15% enchanted collector axes of Charrslaying and Deathbane for farming

I have many shields, and have resorted to having my warrior's heroes carry the lot of them. 25 heroes=free storage upgrade. It's a bit of a bother shuffling to find sometimes, though.

I use a -2(stance) +30 (req9 Tactics) as my default shield
-2, +45(enchanted)req9 strength shield for farming
I have +10 vs. all 4 elements, piercing, giants, demons, and undead with varying second mods. I'll carry one or two along depending on area to switch. The +10 giants and Forgotten shield with +10 cold are very handy in Norn territory, for instance.

I have duplicate versions with minor variations in stats in swords as my axe list.

just a note on the Fanged Sword and the Adamantine Shield, not popular or even valuable, damn good looking though.

I agree that every warrior should carry a longbow/flatbow.

If I feel the need for a special mod on a shield ill normaly pull out a hero's item.

The stuff I use the most is: (for PvP and casual PvE)

Zealous Chaos Axe of Fortitude (1/1, 15^50 +30)
Vampiric Chaos Axe of Fortitude (3/1, 15^50, +30)
Shocking Chaos Axe of Fortitude (Lightning damage, 15^50, +30)
Icy Dragon Sword of Fortitude (Cold damage, 15^50, +30)
Tormented Strength Shield of Fortitude (-5(20), +30)

I also have various weapons and shields for more specific purposes. All weapons I use are of course customized.

shields (all -5 20% at the moment will be changing to -2 stance soon)
all req 9 tac
zodiac,gloom,guardian of the hunt, aegis (shield of the wing) and summit warlord shield.

armors i vary mostly between vabbian (white) with sunglasses or ancient (black) with bandana would have got fow if it actually looked at least good but it don't. okay now hit me with the bad vibes

I do have axe on par with the swords I have but stopped using axes for a while. I have other armors i didn't mention but don't wear them coz clipping issues with my shields (vanguard and prim FTL) also had torment shield but after a few days looked kinda drab and as for destroyer shield ...elite? give me a break!

Slot 1: Colossal Scimitar (20/20, +30hp, 15^50)
Gloom Shield (+30hp, +10vs Slashing)
Slot 2: Firey Dragon Sword (15^50, +30hp, firey)
Same Gloom Shield
Slot 3: Dead Sword (zealous, +5 armour, +15% stance)
Adamantine Shield (+30hp, -5/20)
Slot 4: Stormbow (for pulling)

As for armour, Obsidian helmet with full Elite Gladiators dyed black

I've had my Warrior for 6 months but haven't been taking very good care of her. My gear is basic and I'm working on getting better stuff. I'm going to get an axe or two from a collector so I can experiement with them. I use the GWEN bonus bow for pulling. Mainly because I can make one whenever I want and so I don't have to wait for a drop.

My armor is max Sunspear armor. It covers her body up and actually looks like armor. I hope to get a set of Kurzick(non-elite) and Primevil armor for her in the future.

I tend to use swords in PVE as a constant

slot 1 ~ 15^50 Vamp + Defence
slot 2 ~ 15^50 Zealous + Defence
slot 3 ~ 15^50 Icy + Defence
slot 4 ~ Vampiric longbow for pulling.

My monk carrys most of my +10 vs sheilds atm so I usually stick to the GotY serrated sheild on my warrior.

Thats whats usually in my weapon sets although I do have furious sword(s) as well for specific builds ~ IE Dragon slash, FGJ ,enraging charge blah blah. Always prefered extra armour to +30hp for pve.

I've got a furious +1/20% sword, a zealous one, an IDS of enchanting, and a bow for pulling on my weapons bar currently. I use a factions endgame shield. If I want to go to another element, I have elemental swords of the other elements as well (just turned out that way). I also have 5 axes and an hammer in my main's inventory but I really haven't used any of those in a while.

With my warrior I have two sets that I use. One armor set mixed up a bit. Elite Vanguard Armor, two head sets one for sword one for axe. Fast versatility proved best, I had all the 15k armor sets except FoW's, with their respective properties and now I have only one mixed up. For the head I have physical damage reduction, for the chest I have a Radiant insignia, for the leggins I have elemental armor +10, boots same thing, gloves same thing. This combo has proven GOD LIKE in pretty much everything I've vanquished and done. For weapons I carry:

Swords; Furious Dead Sword of Fortitude custumized, Sundering Collossal Scimitar (this one has another purpose, one to inflict as much dmg as possible and two I noticed in pvp people just run away from me), Long swords with armor life elemental damage I have all the combos possible. In axes same thing, all chaos axes all the combos possible. Shields; all combos possible.

But my pride and joy is for sure my old pet Smiley from ascalon whom I've had for 2 years in a half, who also helped me finish a time for heroes without dying.

Just a note, I've been collecting swords and axes and shields for my warrior for 2 years and a half, non stop
