just add Radiant Insignias to ur armor. they add energy depending on where you place it like the chest gives 3 energy, 2 energy on legs and 1 energy on everything else

Just like I constantly whine about in the elementalist threads, higher max energy does not equal energy management. if you're running out of energy on a warrior, you are probably running way too many energy skills *coughcoughhealingbreeze*

I pray to God that you are joking.
Anywho, if you find energy is a problem, Change your build. Whenever I run a warrior build, I use at the most 2 skills that require energy; focus on adren skills.

If your constantly running out of energy I would, as everyone has said, drop some of the energy skills and use radiant insignias on your armor(with radiant runes on all your armor you end up with 28 energy). Or you could get a zealous weapon. or a +5 energy inscription instead of a 15^whatever
I ususally run a 15 or 16 weapons mastery with high points in Strength, which enables me to take Power Attack, since its 5 energy and recharges in 3 secons you can spam it without hurting your adrenaline pool. Spamming it alot can run down your energy so I keep a zealous weapon with me to switch too if my energy happens to get low.
Some people will call me a noob cause I use power attack, but I think +36 dmg for only 5 e and a 3 sec recharge is pretty cool, but the enemies laying at my feet think it sucks.

Do not use Radiant insignias, consider using more adrenaline skills, remember not to use Radiant insignias, invest in a zealous weapon to swap to, stay clear of Radiant insignias.
Also it's best to not use Radiant insignias, warriors have adrenaline skills for a reason.

To the OP:
I mainly use armor with all Radiant Insignias, along with the normal warrior runes (vigor, absorption, and whatever weapon rune you choose to use).
Advice; as a warrior, you don't want to run an energy intensive bar. I try to saty away from having a bar that would have energy skills of more than 10-15 (and if you bring a skill that needs 15 energy, that better be the only energy hog in your bar.) Make sure you have at least a few adrenaline skills in there, or a skill that helps you gain adrenaline quickly.
What's your secondary profession?

My warrior uses the following build, and has 480 HP (Which is the same as the base hP for level 20), and 38/40 energy (can't remember the right amount, lol)
I have all radiant insignias, and 3 attunment runes on my armour, though I couldn't find a fellblade with energy +5 within my price range. Ahh well maybe someday.
It's a good build so long as you have a monk, due to lack of decent self healing. This works well in protecting casters by crippling melee fighters that run to the back to attack monks and other casters with weak armour.
Also serves well for interupting those annoying skills you'll come across now and then if timed right, and then the 2 damaging only skills that can't be blocked (I'm aware those are the same skill, but I was limited on low cost energy sword attacks, lol.)
So after you've spammed those 4 attacks, you press what I like to call "Do it all over again" button, which recharges the skills and fills my energy bar to the top again. The 3 last skills are optional to a certain point. endure pain is good for making up HP due to the low normal amount my warrior has, boosting it to 780 instead of 480. Lions comfort can be quite good if the healers are having trouble keeping up with everyone, and spirnt to get around faster, or move to targets faster if you want.
with the rank 3 in tactics I get 95HP from Lions comfort, which isn't too bad, but wont support me. self healing could be better with "For great justice"

And why not?
It's a build like any other. If it didn't work I wouldn't use it.
