Factions Mesmer.
Hey guys! I just recently made a mesmer by the name of Psychic Blizzard. I need a good factions ONLY build for mesmers. I do have all the other campaigns, but I just want this character to stay in factions. Thank you in advance!!!

Here's a simple idea;
Empathy Backfire Shatter Hex Energy Burn Power Drain Assassin's Promise {E} Cry Of Frustration Res Signet General dom damage with some interrupts and Assassin's promise to give energy and offset long recharges. All skills are core (which are factions-available) except Promise (factions only).
