Not quite sure what game you're playing Coloneh, but in GW even the current version of SR is broken in PvE.

Necro MM or rit MM, both are ok... i from MM old school i prefer necro but i use rit MM sometimes...

Important, minions are made to die, minion level dont mather... or tell me why put dead nova in skill bar?

Rt/N is for Minion BOMBING
N/x is for Minion MASTERING
They're not the same thing.

Minion Bombing you want to blow up your minions so their level doesn't really matter, but in Minion Mastering you want your minions to deal damage, and 4 level lower minions die a lot faster and do a lot less damage.
