You realize this is a pretty common type of build used in TA/RA?
Also, its main point is to lock down melee, which is nice in any fight with melee characters(like TA/RA/etc.).

Its not designed to win 1 vs 1 fights.

If 1v1 builds mean anything, why isn't TA filled with packs of riposte warriors? Shouldn't the top GvG teams be running packs of your hilarious riposte necros?

If SR is bad, explain the strength of hex builds, bloodspike, N/rt healers, jagged bones, and why most of PvP necros run reaper's mark.
