Well you found the right section. Just pick which character you like to play and look here for a build to use. Alot of these posts give spots to use the build in. Also you can go here for builds as well

Good Luck!

Well, location depends on your build.
A 330 rit, 55/600/105 monk, or a 130 dervish (basically any of the builds based around protective spirit) is going to be good against physical damage, particularly in Hard Mode. The DoA Balanced build at pvxwiki is going to be good in DoA. So we would first need to know what class your character is and what build you run.

I don't see your point, honestly.
You are running a build for farming bosses and their greens. There is an extensive list of bosses farmable with that build at the bottom of the very page you linked to. That's where you go to farm.

Nobody can point specifically and show you "go here" because this whole section is full of threads that do exactly that. What you need to do, is take some time, read through this forum, and see what interests you. Some farms are easy, but not very profitable, however you need to learn how to farm. If you like to sell things, then solo boss farming might be your thing. Personally Ive made more money off of selling things I salvage and merch, example, a stack of steel was 44k the other day.
So you cant really get a specific answer to your question. Good luck tho, I find farming one of the best things to do with this game. Nothing like figuring out how the system works, then beating it.

Good, quick places I farm at:
HM Jade Brotherhood Knights and Mages outside the Marketplace. I do this with my 55 Necro, and you will pass at least 1 Locked Chest, sometimes two. You can do this farm (I imagine) with lots of builds.
HM Hulking Stone Elementals outside the Sardelac Sanitarium. I do this with my elementalist, using Stoneflesh Aura, Armor of Earth, Meteor Shower, Bed of Coals, and Lava Font. This too you can use several classes/builds.
HM Minotaurs, outside Icetooth Cave and in the Elona Reach Mission. You can use many builds/classes here too: Fire/earth ele (like the Hulking farm build), 55 monk or Necro, or even a nuking Mist Form ele, I imagine. You can also farm them with a warrior.
Mountain Trolls outside Droknar's Forge. Mist Form ele, Warrior, 55 Nec/Monk.
Some farms I don't do (I don't have a monk) are UW, undead in Kryta, etc. Good place to start are places with mobs of melee foes. Hope this helps.

Try looking at this site and the farming forum, there are plenty of farming builds on both.
