You could always get enchanted and use GFS --> WS --> 9TS. Who cares if they block when you go right through it like it's not even there?
I'd strongly recommend a low-recharge enchant though; they strip like shit out there.

my 2 cents
If you have problem with blocking:
Critical Agility (sunspear skill)
Critical Defence
Golden Phoenix Strike
Wild blow
Shattering assault (E)
Way of Perfection
Critical Eye (e-management)
...
Or I prefer
Death Blossom
Moebius Strike (E)
instead of Shattering assault
In that case - take Way of the Fox instead Way of Perfection, and activate it when you cant hit (not at chain start, first 2 skills unblockable)

Golden Fox Strike
Wild Strike
Shattering Assault {E}
Critical Agility
Feigned Neutrality
Recall
Disrupting Dagger
Death Pact Signet
11+1+1 dagger mastery
12+1 critical strikes
6(+1?) shadow
3 deadly arts
Have fun.

i actually never had any problems in terms of killing/blocking in the Realm of Torment..EXCEPT for the freaking rangers -_-;; Put on the Lightning Reflexes (or whatever they used, I'm avoiding it like the plague and don't wish to go through it again) and then go into the Call of Torment..annoying buggers...
Anyway, I usually used the standard Parasitic Moebius Build cos it did the damage + the degen that helps kill those freaking torments >_>; Seriously, the ranger ones are the only ones that block, and it's a stance. So You could use the Gold Fox Strike --> Wild Strike --> Death Blossom --> Moebius and then whatever else. Wild Strike will kill the stance and then yay it'll be dead hopefully. If you just want to go right into the meat of the killage, Expose Defenses then hex attack of your choice (Black Lotus or Black Spider) and again with moebius chain.
Having good heroes help xD I never needed anything else in PvE other than the Moebius Death Blossom chain.

I have to agree with Laenavesse. I've never had problems with blocking in torment. Yes, the Arms of Insanity has that blocking skill, but I always leave them for last, then the whole team focus on that foe. Then it's just up to my ele and nec to take him out while i just use lightbringer gaze when he goes into call of torment.
That's all advice I can give you, just leave the arms for last.

And just focus on one target at a time. Usually I run through them like this:
Rain of Terror --> World of Madness --> Shadow of Fear --> Herald of Nightmares --> Scythe of Chaos --> Blade of Corruption --> Spear of Torment --> Arms of Insanity
the Terrors will PWN you and the monks are more smiting than heal. Shadows make minions (so it's annoying if you have an MM hero who doesn't make minions fast enough) and then Blades will use Burst of Aggression but they aren't *as bad* if you got good prot monks. and the paragon the ranger aren't that bad. the SCYTHE however can beat the crap out of your party if left alone too long so yeah, after casters that's the first melee thing you want out if it spawns
