Running Build
This was the build of the guy who ran me to Droks, and I'm wondering what everyone else thinks of it, because it worked surprisingly well.
D/A
Vow of Silence {E}
Death Charge
Dash
Vital Boon
Mystic Regeneration
Harrier's Haste
Fleeting Stability
Faithful Intervention
Some of these names may be a little off.

Well, he can't keep a constant speed buff up. I toggle between Dash, Dark Escape and Harrier's Haste.

The Derv/Assassin Runner is by far the best runner of the game. VoS simply does the best along with the other enchantments/skills that Dervs have. This is the build that I run:
Mysticism: 14
Earth Prayers: 8
Wind Prayers: 10
[skill]Faithful Intervention[/skill] [skill]Mystic Regeneration[/skill][skill]Featherfoot Grace[/skill][skill]Vow of Silence[/skill]Signet of Mystic Speed[skill]Enchanted Haste[/skill][skill]Harrier's Haste[/skill]
The last slot I use Fleeting Stability if I know there are knockdowns, or Dash to loose aggro in tight situations. Good weapons are Totem Axe (although I use a Fiery Axe Blade of Enchanting with +5 energy :P) and Malion's Defense (or a Shield with +45 health while enchanted).
Just put up the enchantments in the order I have them in (only need to put up Faithful Intervention once, obviously) and then the signet (it is a new skill in GWEN). Switch between Enchanted Haste and Harrier's Haste for speed, applying Featherfoot and Mystic regen at all times and putting on VoS when needed. It works very well and I can run almost anywhere with that build.

4 run skills? i good option might be to swap one out for a condition or hex remover, just a thought

Drunken Master is now PERMA Boost!
Granted at 15% its not the fastest but it could be the ONLY speed boost you need. Heck, chug down a few Ales so that you achieve drunkeness before activating and it goes up to 33% Speed increase for up to 90 seconds for 5 energy!

or you could drop something for holy viel for hex removal and perhaps mending touch for condition removal, you can also use CoP but than you will need to recast your enchantments

Umm, this is for Dervishes right?
All you need to run (and fast) is
Avatar of Balthazar + Eternal Aura (NF PvE skill) + Drunken Master = constabntly at least 33% faster and no knockdowns
as a bonus you could either go Ranger as a secondary and use Antidote signet to counter conditions fast
or..
go Monk as a secondary and take remove conditions and remove hex
