for PvE Triple Chop owns everything, even Eviscerate. AoE is such an important factor in PvE compared to DW which isnt really neccessary, mobs die before you can actually use it... some bosses and extreme hard mode mobs are an exception. but if you insist on using Decapitate than use furious axe, or another energy attack skill AFTER you use decapitate not before. perhaps you should use executioner's->decapitate->furious. you need to weapon switch in order for this to work, start with a 15/-5 weapon until you finish decapitate than switch to 15^50 so you can use a 5 energy attack right away.
the necro/warrior should be warrior/necro instead, I dont see what he gains by playing primary necro. and I suggest you make him a bit more damage oriented with the ability to daze if blocked. and its not really melee denyer, dunno whats up with that...
WoH monk is so obselete, so many better options there... LoD>WoH, even Glimmering>WoH but w/e... and that healer build needs some form of e-management.
bonder seems fine, but why only bond the decapitate warrior? a bonder should be able to bond the entire team while still having sufficient e-management, use ether signet if you dont feel comfortable with just blessed sig.
your SoR monk lacks SoA, get rid of rebirth for it. monks dont res! and also with the new remove hex get rid of deny and bring remove, you only have 1 divine favour skill so you get a hex removal every 8 seconds instead of 12...
BiP paragorn seems fine
SH ele is fine, just switch energy storage with earth magic, you dont need so high earth magic just for grasping earth, and also get rid of the major rune...
u use earth bind on your mesmer but you have no knock down skills... whats up with that? just make him a classic inepitude mesmer with a few anti caster spells, keep backfire in there.
overall not the best, you need a few more damage dealers, as PvE revolves more around pure damage than support, either the BiP or the mesmer is fine both is a bit of an overkill and 3 monks is total overkill

Well, the only real problem i see with this build is the BIp and the Bonder.
People seem to forget that one character shouldnt completly relly on another character. Why dont you add some better e-management skills? Why dont you add some self heal, or some good armor skills? You can switch 3-4 skills at some key characters and replace BIP and BONDER for 2 new characters! Like a blood necro with Blood Bond, or a dervish with Wounding Strike, or an assassin with Way of the Assassin.
Im saying this for personal experience, i use the same tatic at pve and pvp and i do just fine.

Decapitate< Eviscerate. Always has been, always will be.
WoH is now inferior to many currently used healing/protection spells. Also, your monk build is out of date. Your Paragon isn't helping in defense, but playing as a battery? I question that when an MM/Blood hybrid would be better at it,imo. Bond monks are nice, but a command paragon with spear attacks goes plenty further in the long run than a motivation/blood battery.
Just my opinion. As for Quivering blade, your build seems geared for the warrior not hitting his target, which is very counterproductive, which means I wouldn't think to use that skill as it is now. You want to daze someone? Just let your paragon use stunning strike.

after taking a closer look. there are just to many things wrong here. and not enough synergy for a team build.
