Sloth Hunter,Keen Arrow, needling when the target is below 50% are all the damage a damage dealer needs. Using 2 of these with any elite of choice makes for a dangerous ranger.

These skills give great damage, kindle arrows not included.

Incendiary arrows kinda lost it when factions came out. We used to use it all the time.

[wiki]Needling shot[/wiki] is actually 41 damage with [wiki]read the wind[/wiki] (16 marksmanship). 47 if someone drops [wiki]favorable winds[/wiki]...52 with a vamp...62+ with [wiki]"I am the strongest"[/wiki]...81 with an orders necro...It's too bad the cast time on [wiki]Asuran scan[/wiki] makes it kind of weak...That would be almost as unfair as [wiki]Sloth-hunter shot[/wiki].

The AM [wiki]Practiced stance[/wiki] idea is kinda good. [wiki]Serpent's quickness[/wiki] would be less complicated but less effective too.

Im assuming this discussion about IA is strictly pve because for RA/TA its unbelievable. Theres not a class I can't completely shut down with my current IA build, monks absolutely hate me

But i'de never touch this for pve

Short Bow/ increased attack speed/ IA = win (pvp)
