My Attributes are set different, I think you have a few points leftover, as mine is 14 Prot, 9 Divine, and 12 Illusion.
I've found success using Vigorous Spirit instead of Shielding Hands. It helps with the Burning, and is a consistant heal.

With a Warrior use a W/N Grenths Balance build.
Kill the mob using henchies/heroes, flag them away, kill Exuro yourself.
Skills:
Grenths Balance
Dolyak Signet
Healing Signet
Signet of Stamina / Endure Pain
Optional
Optional

For the optional slots use some sword attacks like SUna dn Moon Slash, Silverwing Slash and Final Trust to finish him off. Or equip both Signet of Stamina & Endure pain to maximize the G.B. effect, but the Endure Pain timing can be a bit tricky, as he attacks quite random. Always keep Dolyak up, use Heal sig when needed, no need to attack until he is on low health (as it will make GB less effective) and remember he can't bleed.

As for the OP, I also farmed him using a Mo/E Sliver build.
Protective Spirit, Healing Breeze, Blessed Signet, Sliver Armor, Mending, Balthazar's Spirit, Blessed Aura, Essence Bond.
Not really the most effective build (especially because the lack of hits you take), but I needed a quick build to get Exuro's Will for a guildy, so just threw something together that didn't require a lot of attention or timing (the burning is no problem) and well.. it works

This'll work as a SV N/Mo as well.. Just as long as he attacks you, which did not happen to me last night..

Also I think E/Mo Sliver would work better if you kill the pan titan first, as that will spawn 2 more beetles

I killed Exuro 20 or 30 times, mainly in hard mode, before I got the staff.

He's a super-easy farm. I even capped his skill while soloing him, something I'd previously done only in the troll cave.

One tip: Reserve a slot on your skillbar for Lightbringer's Gaze!

EDIT: OK. Now I've gotten his staff twice, which makes the ratio a little better.

Okay that's pretty good, so a staff in 15-20 runs. Seeing how a run takes 2 minutes thats not bad at all.
