Hail and hello there! I don't post much on these here Necro forums, and this is the first build i've submitted here...
It's just I was playing around with a PvP necro, and came upon something that... seems to work ok I'd just like all the advice you pro necros have to offer, you dig? Feel free to tear apart as you would
12 + 1 + (1~3) = 14-16 Death Magic
9 + 1 = 10 Curses
8 + 1 = 9 Soul Reaping
5 Deadly Arts
[skill]Enfeeble[/skill][skill]Faintheartedness[/skill][skill]Augury of Death[/skill][skill]Discord[/skill][skill]Deathly Chill[/skill][skill]Vile Touch[/skill][skill]Consume Corpse[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
The last 2 skills are really optional, I just used Consume for energy management and the sig... 'cuz I like res I guess Rend/Rip Enchantment could see some use in AB
Usage? Well... cast Enfeeble, Faint, and Augury on your target, then procede to pummel them with Chill and Discord. When they hit 50%, you'll jump to them and can finish them off with Vile Touch and Discord. Steal corpses and replenish energy with Consume, too
It's not perfect, I know... Feel free to play around with it. Any tips and modifications are appreciated! And if it flat-out sucks, just say so... I'm not particularly experienced at necromancing.
(btw, I'm thinking of something similar, playing around with Toxic Chill/Signet of Toxic Shock as well)

I'd suggest tossing Vile Touch - most necros don't like getting in feely-range of anything, it can be dangerous. The more experienced necros can give you deeper advice.

I would toss out Vile Touch for Parasitic Bond as a cover hex, but that's really all I can think of at the moment...

Augury will teleport you to the foes anyway. So i would keep 1 touch spell to use it right when augury trigger.

ooooohhhh, I like it...
It's wierd how people moan sooooo much about cookie cutter builds, but everytime someone posts a unique build, they refer them to a cookie cutter build when advising on how the build should be modified... hehehehe
I like the way you picked your skills to work in conjunction with each other dude... kinda how I do it when working on builds... It's like, "so that skill does x dmg while poisoned, COOL! Now what skill can i use to poinsone them". That's the kind of thought that goes into creative builds like this one...
I'm keen to give this a bash dude, I wanna use it in AB and try swapping res for something like chillblains, would be nice to take out them pesky earth tanks...

hmmm i think is build's effectiveness drop dramatically when facing a group of opponents that can and kite and heal, you maybe able to kill 1 or 2 people but then the burning arrows and warriors and dervs will overwhelm you.....not to mention the Shadow Prison sins that jumps around.....
but this is just how i felt when i tried this build in AB, up to you whether it is good for AB or not.

Like any builg in AB there are certain classes u stay clear of... I normally play my SS/chillblains necro in AB and I go after Warriors, sins, Rangers, Paragons and eles.
I stay very far away from touchers, degen necro or mesmers... So yeah, perhaps your build is not good for those classes, just stay away...
