Hello people, i'm new in this game and the assassin class and i loved it, but i have some questions about it:

How does it work Dual Attack skills? I use Death Blossom and it says that strike the enemy and enemies next to him, but it does 2 hits to both of them. Dual Attacks hits twice or its the effect of Death Blossom?

What should i do in pvp and pve? Since i play only with henchies and i will go soon to Nightfall to get some heroes, i never played with humans and don't know the roles of what a pve sin should do. The same for pvp, since i like a lot.

Is Jagged Strike good to pve? I have a lot of factions but i dont know how to spend them, and i was thinking in change my actual build (Jagged Strike, Wild Blow or something like that, Death Blossom, Death's Charge, Rush, Critical Eye, That self heal skill which bring +5 regen and heals for xx if you are attacking and rez). Since i dont have acess to elite skills, im always tryin to change those skills, but i dont know which skills should be better for me (i'm lvl 18, have a green 15^50, zealous, +30hp, have 10 points in critical and 11 in dagger).

All dual attacks hit twice.

What you do in PvE/pvP is up to you. As for the role of a sin, you step in do spike damage to the mobs, then step out. You have 70 base armor so that means you are more or less caster-grade survivability.

Jagged strike is good, since a lot of mobs block. Before it was buffed to 1 second recharge, however, it was mediocre.

Your build looks fine actually, good job. Most new sins' builds are crap.
You should try to add a deep wound to it. [skill]Twisting fangs[/skill] is very good, but you can also play [skill]impale[/skill].

About elites, you should get your hands on [skill]assassin's promise[/skill] and [skill]moebius strike[/skill].

And think about doing the 2 15 attribute quest in shing jea island.
