The bottom line is this: ABs are TEAM PvP. No matter how stupid a few enemies are, most of them will be running around capping, as well as convincing their less intelligent teammates to do the same. Your team, however, is running at weakened state, because you decided to run a build thatrelies on your enemy being stupid. Please, just use a build that relies on your own skills, rather than enemies lacking those.

Well then you shouldn't have strictly denoted that AB=pve. You could be implying that the level in AB is so bad that a build like this works but referring to a PVP arena as pve is uncalled for.

Dolyak signet and mark of pain don't work on players anywhere. This is a purely PvE build, regardless of what AB is. The fact that it's passably good in AB indicates that AB probably is PvE.

tanking in AB is kinda useless... if I want to kill npcs I use an elementalist -.-

Oh you'd be surprised, if E/Ds can draw people to them, then so can any tanking build. Also how hard is it to understand that just because a build that would probably be more suited to pve is used in AB, DOESN'T make that arena pve.
