You'll want to bring a Zealous Bowstring for sure

Summary: Put up FW then RTW right before you start obviously. Cast Migraine or your cover if you have one, then hit the next spell with concussion shot . I haven't been using a cover because usually i can hit their hex removal with concussion shot since they generally have long cast times. at this point they will be casting 4x slower! Nice! Now use lightning reflexes and you've got yourself attacking 33% faster with arrows moving 4x as fast interrupting pretty much every spell they are going to cast. With the zealous you are also recharging your energy very fast, so you can concuss them again very easily. I like to use point blank shot after using Lightning Reflexes against anything other than healers and i can usually kill them during the first go-round. For healers you probably want to use it sparingly to make sure you have your energy for migraine/concuss shot. Distracting shot is there for picking the EXACT skill you want to interrupt. I've been using this in RA in it's early stages and it dominates the large majority of monks and pretty much any other caster. Got 3 gps within a few hours of coming up with it so i wanted to share it.
Notes & Concerns: The monks who usually are able to get around this build are those using Contemplation of Purity when there is no other hex/cond coming. You can either put a few points into WS and replace rtw with apply poison or just hope they have another caster for you to focus on. Watch for holy veil/deny hexes and you can easily concuss them on that. Mo/A and Mo/W can be annoying with their stances so you could try called shot if you can get them concussed and try to pick exactly which skills you want to interrupt. Right now i'm thinking about changing this around to using arcane conundrum/conc shot/ quick shot for basically the same effect and it seems that might be superior (w/ qs and conc you will be able to decide what you want to int when you want but it miiight have energy problems, we'll see...build takes a lot of patience and you have to know the moments to use the right skills obviously (not a lazy build)

Credit:* Came up with this on my own. Searched the threads and found one guy using R/Me migraine but it looked pretty lame...

[skill]Broad head Arrow[/skill]+apply poison does the job 10 times better. Lasts longer too.
