Preps that don't see use
-Ignite arrows
-Disrupting accuracy
-Marksman's Wager [Elite]
-Scavenger's focus [Elite] (Wilderness Survival) given Glass Arrows [Elite] (Expertise) unless running something not a bow
anyone else think these need a buff?

hmmm... Ignite Arrows is a cool 1 to use, I rather enjoy it... Kinda like a mini barrage... Use it with Frenzy (if you /W) and see the carnage!!!

I have to disagree with the Inc arrows comment, it is good if you use it properly. It would be highly over powered if it was kept up at all times because it would mean a constant burn and interrupt.

Probably, Incendiary Arrows has been buffed not so long ago. But who knows, maybe it'll be buffed again, though being able to keep it up constantly would make it overpowering.
Marksman Wager + Spinal Shivers?
Ignite can be fun against tight groups and with a holy damage enchant it's a blast against minions.

Erm... Marksmans Wager + Spinal Shivers... is basically Incendiary Arrows using twice as many skills.
Why no Barbed Arrows? Its a very poor prep compared to Apply Poison.

In a way, but with spinal cold-damage from multiple sources interrupts. And I find IA an annoying prep to keep up, you'll need additional skills to keep it up always. Then again, using IA one wouldn't split up attributes as much. Anyway, it was just about finding a use for Marksman Wager

Well yeah but then you just wouldn't be able to keep it up. You'd be out of energy in seconds. So its still not really a use

Scavenger's Focus is total #### compared to Spirit's Strength.
Prepared Shot > Marksman's Wager IMO.

Barbed arrows is un-fix-able. Even if they make it not easily interruptible, Apply still owns it. That and if they buffed it too much, then Melandru's Arrows and Glass Arrows would suck even more than they do now.

IA allows you to switch targets.

Kindle is better damage wise unless the target has + armor versus elemental. That, and Ignite causes AoE scatter.

Glass Arrows is for spiking, the bleeding is completely irrelevant. Melandrus Arrows is for the +xx damage and the bleeding just makes a little pressure on the side. Barbed needs to be dead even with Apply Poison. The ONLY use it has is that it can be used with Poison Arrow and, as Snipious said, if you have another R sing Apply already. Even then i'd prefer to use RtW/Kindle instead though.
As IA vs MW/SS goes... i meant even with MW hitting constantly you would still run out of energy if more than just you was hitting it with cold damage to cause interrupts. Especially at the rate some enemies spam skills.

Maybe, but if they spam skills at a rate which does use up all your energy, IA would just miss most of them

Barbed Arrows + Poison arrow is two conditions spread by one ranger on a quick recharge.
Scavenger's needs a huge buff, it's essentially an elite conjure, that does less damage on a conditional and ties into a primary attribute.

Which is were Distracting Shot or Concussion Shot should come in. Sadly you will infact interrupt that Plague Touch 8 times in a row when really it makes no sodding difference if that enemy remains blind...
Targetted interrupts > C-Space interrupts all the time
