Ok, i have a challenge i would like taken up.
For the longest time I have tried to chest run in Nahpui Quarter with my warrior with no succeuss whatsoever. will someone please find me a warrior build that will allow me to run through this mission?

Go farm vermin in Hardmode, they drop Celestial stuff and most cases you'll find a chest (Sometimes 2) and since it's Hardmode there's a greater chance it will have a gold item.

I think this build works;

Just swap Vengeful weapon for Resiliant Weapon (very important).

I farm Vermin using Rt/Me, standard Echo VwK with resiliant weapon and i've gotten a load of celestial stuff.

One tip though stay away from Shreadder.

Not true you can kill Shreadder with Rt/Me And W/Rt post build in a few i m at work.

W/Rt build

16 str
12 restoration

Radiant insignia or knight insigna is fine i did it with the radiant insignia

Dolyak +42 armor
Resilient +24 armor

Vwk
Resilient Weapon
Wielder's Boon [since you will have resilient weapon on 90% of the time]
Dolyak
Bonnettis Defense
Resilient was Xiko [getting rid of the conditions]
Vengeful Weapon [to pick off the single reminding vermin]
Optional [More Healing or something to dodge or a skill to gain adrenaline]

When taking on the Shreadder make sure you get a group of 6 or 7 to ensure that you gain enuff health untill the boss is dead

Ritualist/mesmer

you will need the ghost face insignia for to extra 15 armor

*note have not try this build with the new armor cap at +25 when stacking skills

Physical +40 armor
Resilient +24 armor

16 restoration
10 or 11 domination
the rest in to inspiration

Physical Resistance
arcane echo
Vwk
resilient weapon
wielder's boon
mending body and soul or soothing memories to manage energy
empathy [cast on the boss]
channeling

make sure to to cast arcane echo before aggroing and vwk before you get hit or else you ll get knockdown.
and same rule for the warrior 6 or 7 vermin to kill the boss

well, ive never actuallt caved in and ued this build, >.<, but can you explain quickly how it works?
and if you could post that build when you get a sec i would really appreciate it.

I still think it would be great if we could chest run Nahpui in HM as a warrior, but i guess it just wasnt meant to be.

I never said you couldn't kill him, but personally I don't think he's worth the time and effort, remember I said Hard mode not Normal mode.

FFS don't post builds that can solo hard mode out on the net. I've been using Vengefull farm build in hard mode since it started without saying a word. Obviously people with brains will see it works and have been doing it aswell, but no doubt the pricks at GuildWars Land will nerf it soon enough if everyone starts farming it in solo mode as it's bad for the economy in the game.

Btw you can do it with both vengeful weapon and resilient. Well I have a modified version that eats vermin for breakfast. But I have both on the skill bar. Obviously you can't use 2 weapon spells at once, but I don't need reduction in degen only at the end of the fights.

Back on topic, soz I can't help you with Warrior build. Warriors aren't my thing!

Ok, if you wanted a chest run build here you go:

Signet of stamia
Sprint
Enraged charge
Vwk
Generous Was Tsungrai
Endure pain
Resilient Weapon For running by the Mesmer boss
Any healing is fine

Modify it to your liking

Basically You started off with signet of stamia for a boost of 300hp or around thereuse generous was tsungrai when run by a lot of enemies or towards to chest, if hp is low drop the tsungrai for a quick heal den hit Vwk to gain Health, use endure pain if health gets low, if vwk ends and you still need to tank use tsungrai again and keep you run moves up at all times, Resilient weapon is when you are hexed or get hit with a condition, it will give you a plus 5 pips regen and 24 def under condition or hexed, and i think thats about it

wow, great, i have to try that.

Also, am i inept or something? lol. i cant take more than one group of vermin at once. so like when i go to take out shreader i get owned. the largest problem is that i run out of ene, or taht i just have huge degen/recharge issues.

energy issue is ez to solve when you are fighting the vermins make sure that dolyak is always up and when you're using VwK, you dont need resilient weapon until Vwk is about to end and then you tank the vermins for the rest of the recharge for Vwk, when tanking the vermins with just dolyak and resilient weapon, you should be fine if you need health use wielder boon once or twice and by that time VwK should be done recharging and repeat process. For the Shreadder take a group of six and make sure you are attacking the Boss only because the boss does not have the annoying skill "Heart of shadow", so you can charge bonnettis defense for energy. Dont use the bonnettis def rite alway use is when you really really need the energy, like toward the end when only like 2 or 3 vermin remaining with the boss. Just remember to keep attacking the boss when VwK is not up. Never use vengeful weapon, unless is a single vermin not a the boss tho [too much degen and dmg]. I reccommend getting a restoration wand with 20 recharge and +5 energy and a focus with 20 recharge and 30 life or +1 to restoration. If you have any question we can talk in-game if you really dont get. Oh also when fight Shreadder after most of the vermins has died spam wielder's boon when low health to stay alive against him.
