not all skills were nerfed, only a few. The ele, mes, vampirism for rit, and crit agility for sin were nerfed as well as the para skill "There's Nothing To Fear!" (nerf on this isn't too bad actually, energy is still kind of high--need to spam lots of shouts to compensate).
like the 5k=10k for track deal though, will help out for pumping up luxon rank =] (R3 atm lol). |
