Default My first build ( its a Rit/R )

Ritualist/Ranger
Level: 10

Spawning Power: 5 (4+1)
Communing: 4
Channeling Magic: 8
Beast Mastery: 2

Dissonance (Communing)
Create a level 3 Spirit. This Spirit deals 9 damage and anyone struck by its attack is interrupted. This Spirit dies after 14 seconds.
Energy:25 Cast:5 Recharge:45

Pain (Communing)
Create a level 3 Spirit. This Spirit's attacks deal 12 damage. This Spirit dies after 62 seconds.
Energy:5 Cast:3 Recharge:30

Spirit Rift (Channeling Magic)
Open a Spirit Rift at target foe's location. After 3 seconds, all adjacent foes are struck for 84 lightning damage.
Energy:10 Cast:1 Recharge:5

Resurrection Signet ()
Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. You may use this Signet only once per mission.
Energy:0 Cast:3 Recharge:0

Draw Spirit (Ritualist None)
Teleport target allied Spirit to your location.
Energy:5 Cast:0.25 Recharge:5

Shadowsong (Communing)
Create a level 2 Spirit. The Spirit's attacks cause Blindness for 2 second(s). This Spirit dies after 30 seconds.
Energy:15 Cast:5 Recharge:45

Splinter Weapon (Channeling Magic)
For 39 seconds, target ally has a Splinter Weapon. Target ally's next successful 3 attacks deal 29 damage to all adjacent foes.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:5

Charm Animal (Beast Mastery)
Charm target animal. Once charmed, your animal companion will travel with you whenever you have Charm Animal equipped.

Looks solid for a lvl 10, but I think it could be tweaked up a little. I'd drop the pet and put in a more useful skill. A 2 in Beast Mastery and no attack skills means it won't do much. Some energy management, like [skill]Boon Of Creation[/skill] would be helpful, since you have several spirits. Finally, Splinter Weapon seems kind of tacked on. You have spirits and spells revolving around them, and then one weapon skill thrown in. You could easily replace it with another spirit like [skill]Bloodsong[/skill] or [skill]Painful Bond[/skill]. I believe both of those can be bought early in Factions, which at level 10, you probably still are at.
