I was using the W/Rt Unnatural Fury Build on Koss and he always tries to play the Rit and uses the weapon spell on other warrior/rangers...

Here is a tidbit for your General Hero AI Issues: list.....

When in a full partyof heroes/henchies and only one human player, if the whole party is experiencing perpetual health degeneration (constant poison, disease, burning, bleeding...) the healers will refuse to heal themselves. They will constantly heal the human player and other Henchies/heroes, but will continue to degen until they kill themselves. The only way to prevent this is to ensure at least 2 healers in the party...

2 healers in party is obviously not viable for 4 party limit sizes. I have often seen dunkoro die after a battle with 1/4 life, spamming heals on the rest of the party while his HP drains away and he dies...

Not overlly concerning, annoying nonetheless.

Absolutely teh sucks:
Zealous Benediction
Blessed Light
Signet of Devotion
Prot. spirit
Meteor Shower
Power drain (They use power drain when theyre already on max energy)
Sensible axe combos around eviscerate/dismember (like axe rake used before applying deep wound)

I just got Razah and alot of skills dont work as they should (havent tried everything yet).

Item spells or Ritual Lord/Boon of Creation are often cast AFTER he puts down a couple spirits first making them alot less effective unless its a long fight (he does recast them once they have been up once). Weapon spells (even the non damage enhancing ones like Weapon of Warding) are only cast on weapon wielding classes, while often the monks need it most. Some spells are not used at all like Ghostly Haste, Renewing Memories. Weapon of Quickening is only cast on himself, and recast as soon as its recharged draining his mana fast.

I haven't found a build yet that another class can't do better (healer/damage/minion bomber/spirit spammer etc), which is pretty disappointing after all the work it took to get him ... really hope they fix some of it soon.

The one I remember off the top of my head is that Melonni won't use Faithful Intervention unless I make her.

barrage tends to be good experience seeing its low cost and easily spammable for heros and it tend to make the interupt skills only used when needed so id say positive

Heroes have problems with spamming fear me, they use it only occasionaly even when its the only adrenal skill in their bar.

Drain delusions is used on other mesmer hexes than ether phantom, shackles and min wrack are removed as well, even when they were just cast.

Glyph of Lesser Energy is used on cooldown, they will not save it to cast Aegis or whatever, they'll simply waste it on two 5e spells and then cast Aegis anyway.

Arcane Echo will be used almost randomly, I set Olias up for SS and he echoed Enfeeble.

My Olias will hardly ever stack nova+jagged bones. But MoW seems to do it fine

Jin/Margrid seems to enjoy barraging a single target for some reason, so meh they don't use that very well.
Faithful Intervention... if you've ever watched Margonite Reapers, they use this skill when they drop below 50% to heal. They don't use it as spike protection.

Riotgear: My Talkhora always seems to use GoLE before Aegis and Divert/Prot Spirit....

My dunk precast glyphand aegis before battle
However with healers covenant talhorka cancels it straight away so i have to disable the skill then click the tick so she will use it and not cancel it.

Also I think iv found that zhed wont run dual attunements(I think). I remember having to check on him in battle to make sure he had them both up

there's a necro skill taste of death. i have that build before on master of whisper and olias and they never use it and it's useless. jagged bones tends to be unused at times and death nova, they just spam that like hell and lose a lot of energy

It is a spammable attack skill and it does add damage. Depending on the rest of their bar there could be good reason to use it, even against a single target.

This seems very true - when you're moving on MoW or Olias lags behind continually casting Death Nova on the minions...so much so they seem to forget Blood of the Master.

I've never had a problem with Olias casting Jagged Bones before though.

Norgu will use Drain Delusions to remove any mesmer hex, not just Web of Disruption.
