Default Having Trouble with N/Mo Builds

(Yes, i've read the rules, i know what i'm doing)

I've read all the stickys, and i still haven't found any N/Mo builds that suit my character's abilities.

Most of my attempts to create builds have been foiled by my inability to obtain any Elite skills. As far as i know, most of the elite skills have to be purchased using faction points or whatever in a guild hall.

According to GuildWiki, the only other way to obtain the VAST majority of elite skills is to capture them from bosses, which does not help at all, assuming you are farming in a different area from said boss.

The farming builds I'm looking for would be to farm miscelanious(sp?) monsters, and not any one thing in praticular, especailly not UW, whatever that is.

Thanks in advance!

Well, you could always go out and cap them with henchies, and then farm in the area where you want to farm. If you purchase them from a priest of balthazar, they're not unlocked on all of your characters, you still have to use an elite skill tome to get them, or go out to cap them.

If you have no elite skills, you have no reason to farm yet... Just finish the game first, you'll have more than enough elite skills by then.

unlocking skills from the priest of Balth only unlocks them for your heroes and PvP chars.

Thanks everyone, so let me get this streight...

In order to obtain an Elite skill to use for my PvE character, i must buy a Signet of Capture skill from a skill trainer. I must then go and use the Signet with the boss that has the skill I desire. After choosing the skill from a list of the Boss's skills, the Signet will then permeniatly remain as the elite skill of my choosing, and will no longer be called 'Signet of Capture' ....ever?

Wow, how do i not pick up on these things...
