I have run it through all levels of Tombs in Hard Mode approximately 18 times. That's a rough estimate, but I'm even undershooting it. Recuperation can, if cast at an inappropriate time, cripple you. I usually plop him down when the Rangers are dropping the other spirits in preparation for a pull. I have enough energy left over to start my Order cycle, and either the first dead pet, minion, or enemy will give me enough to keep it going.
I've done it enough that the step-by-step method is a bit of a blur for me. I will reply to this post again after I've gone back and paid attention to myself as I run Tombs.
Quick edit: I just remembered... the selling point of this build is that there are ZERO maintained enchantments, and so you get to play around with your full 4 pips of energy regeneration. It's almost enough to give you back the 10 for Order of Pain inbetween casts if you time it right. (I still use OotV since the patch, though. Heheh...)
