Gladiator's Defence Spammer Build
As the name suggests, you spam glads. How? Your probably asking
[skill]renewing smash[/skill]
Right? No, not everyone likes using Slow (Stronger) Hammers. The second thing your asking, is Gladiator's Defence really the best Stance for warrior? Yes, next to [skill]Shield of Judgment[/skill]
It doesn't revert enemys so you can keep up you tanking, plus unlike Shield of Judgment, it blocks attacks and does damage. To top it off, it doesn't end early unless hit by a attack that ends stances. Bonetti's Defense ends early is use a attack skill.
Here's 3 types of weapons to spam Glads. With some of my favorite skills for each (pick your own, if you want).
Sword
[skill]Gladiator's Defense[/skill][skill]Whirlwind[/skill][skill]"On Your Knees!"[/skill][skill]Standing Slash[/skill][skill]Flail[/skill][skill]Deadly Riposte[/skill][skill]Healing Signet[/skill]Res
Axe
[skill]Gladiator's Defense[/skill][skill]Whirlwind[/skill][skill]"On Your Knees!"[/skill][skill]Dismember[/skill][skill]Furious Axe[/skill][skill]Deadly Riposte[/skill][skill]Healing Signet[/skill] Res
Hammer
[skill]Gladiator's Defense[/skill][skill]Renewing Smash[/skill][skill]Irresistible Blow[/skill][skill]Mokele Smash[/skill][skill]Mighty Blow[/skill][skill]Hammer Bash[/skill][skill]Healing Signet[/skill] Res
1-I found Shock was a horrible energy eater, so I picked Whirlwind instead. The strength is the same, no better, nor worse with Axe/Hammer/Sword, strength and defensive wise.
2-Reminder, the only two skills you really need to keep for spamming Glads is Whirlwind and On Your Knee's.
3-If someone has already had this idea, Most credit goes to them because I was unable to find this build on GuildWarsGuru.com
4-I tried this in PvP, not effective enough, it's more of PvE. Give your monk a break with it's energy.
5-Please Leave comments

no, [card]Flail[/card] > [card]Gladiator's Defense[/card]
Also why would you use Deadly Riposte on an axe build?

1- Frail is to help build adrinaline for On Your Knees (If taking heavy damage)
2-Deadly Riposte is a skill

The fact that you tried this in PvP makes me die a little bit inside. Seriously, glad's defense is a really terrible skill. You can do far more damage with an IAS and decent attack skills. When I monk, I want my warriors beating the living crap out of anything that dares to move, not standing around waiting for things to hit them while an angry mursaat decorates the map with my intestines.

1. Frail req 4 adrenaline while 'on your knee' req 6 adrenaline, hence you don't need Frail just to get the last 2 hits. Besides, Frail is stance which will cancel Glad Defense.
2. Deadly Riposte is a tactic skill, but you need to weild a sword in order yo use it, hence it will be pointless if you are using axe.
If you want to builf adrenaline faster, simply bring cyclone axe, together with a zealous axe (or bonetti defense) to solve energy problem, and whirlwind attack if you have it.

1. Flail is far superior to Glads defence in almost every way. and having 2 stances on your bar is pointless imo. Moar DMG PLZ!!!
2. Indeed it is a skill, but it requires you to have a sword equiped. So unless you plan on swapping to sword and using it, then swapping back axe (which would be a pain in the ass) then its totally pointless.

You'll also give your monk a headache over how bad you are at the game.

Hey fluffy....I hate defense..that's why my skill with defense is incredibly bad. Stop using it and deal some freakin damage.

That's where I should've stopped reading. You sir, have NO IDEA WHATSOEVER of how to play a warrior.
Gladiator's Defense sucks. In fact almost all defensive stances suck, especially on primary warriors. Warriors are meant to deal a high amount of DPS, not stand there spamming defensive skills, especially since most monsters now break agro fairly easily. Lose Glad's Defense and grab an elite from your weapon line.
Oh, and it's amusing that you A) Think SoJ is a stance and B) Included Deadly Ripsote in an AXE build that you apparently tested.

this ain't even gonna work all that well as a pve farming build, simply because you need like 15 energy every 10 seconds, and i'd like to see you do that with .66 energy regen per second. with a zealous you get like 1.16 energy per second, still not enough (but gets close).
the sheer fact that you tried to use it in PvP, included shield of judgement when discussing stances, and put riposte on an axe bar, i'm sorry, but there is a limit to how stupid posts can get to avoid flames.
stop playing warrior, please.

I've made up myself something like this like half a year ago. I used a zealous scythe for energy management, works good but I haven't done anything with the build after that.

I like the concept Fluffy, but you're way off on the builds you posted based on energy alone. I think that a Bunny Thumper could make better use of the Renewing Smash/Gladiator's Defense combo.
Otherwise, why not just combo Counter Blow, On Your Knees and Gladiator's Defense?
Counter's downside (obviously) is that your enemy needs to be attacking, but hopefully if you're relying on Glad's Defense you are fighting against melee opponents anyways.

Counter blow works good, but the problem is getting enoegh adrenaline before gladiator's defense runs out, you're really short in time which decreases the comfort of play.

Looks cool, but isn't Deadly Riposte a sword skill? it says 'while you have sword equipped'.
