Thumbs up E/Me Savannah Heat 1 minute HM Dragon Moss Solo

This build can farm Dragon Moss outside Saint Anjeka's Shrine, using quest called "The New Escort". Nothin new for farming, but build is best I used yet for farming them in just alittle over a minute in Hard Mode, if done right.

Armor/Weapons/Items/Runes: Any armor with +10 armor (while enchanted) or +10 armor (vs elemental damage), on each piece of course. with Superior Fire Rune on Fire headpiece, Superior Earth on other piece, 1 minor Energy storage, 2 Attunements, 1 Sup. Vigor. Any staff with 20% Enchant wrap. I personally use a "Adept Earth Staff of Enchanting" with 20% casting of earth, +15 energy "Seize the Day", and 20% Enchant. Anything to get the job done is fine.

Attributes

Fire Magic: 16
Earth Magic: 15
Energy Storage: 3
Inspiration: 2

Skill Set:

Glyph of Sacrifice
Meteor Shower
Savannah Heat (Elite)
Bed of Coals
Stoneflesh Aura
Armor of Earth
Aura of Restoration
Mantra of Lightening

Template Code: OgVEMSyKzyoMAGk1c2XtUQLSAA

Usage: Exit Saint Anjeka's Shrine, get "blessings" from priest at shrine (cost 100g each time, but helps for extra health and regen, dont need to get if you dont want to ). Approach Dragon Moss, hit Mantra of Lightening, Aura of Restoration, Armor of Earth, then Stoneflesh Aura. Get out a bow and target one of the back Dragon Moss to pull of them at once. Immediately turn around and run along edge of rocks, all the way to the front of the trees. Turn around and cast Stoneflesh Aura before it runs out, run a little ways towards Dragon Moss, hit Mantra of Lightening, and Armor of Earth. Run towards Dragon Moss while targeting one of the middle ones in the pack, stand behind the pack and right against the edge of rocks so they cant run past you to their original spots. You should now start using the line of damage skills before stoneflesh ends. Hit Glyph of Sacrifice, Meteor Shower, Savannah Heat, Bed of Coals, then Stoneflesh Aura.... and stay put, as they will get stuck in damage zone and cant run by you to flee AoE. By time you cast the last Stoneflesh after Bed of Coals, everything should be dead. If any survive, just recast all enchants, then kill the rest off with whatever is charged. Once you get the run down, you can do 10 runs in around 15 minutes or less.

================================================== =======

Drops rates are not always that great here, but you do get Gothic Weapons and Shields, and other rare skins. Runs are fast, so that only means more of a chance of getting rare skinned golds in a short amount of time. check out the video, has some good beats with it also

This can also work on other farms, not yet to take the time to search for some, sure it would work on big Insect groups in Plains Of Jarin. If you find any variations, or new places to farm in HM... let me know. Just post reply.

================================================== =======

Have fun, Peace out! Good luck on gold drops!

Since the Stoneflesh Aura nerf, this build won't work good anymore. Since Stoneflesh will run out before you can cast all your Damage spells. But I have made a good Alternative. Check it out.

A safe Alternative build using a 105hp Ele/Monk. Using 5 Sup runes on each armor piece, with Fire Magic head piece and Sup Fire rune.

Attributes:

Fire Magic: 16
Protection: 12

Skill Set:

Glyph of Sacrifice
Meteor Shower
Savannah Heat (Elite)
Bed of Coals
Protective Spirit
Shield of Absorption
Shielding Hands
Balthazar's Spirit

Usage: Cast all enchants upon entering farming area. Cast Protective Spirit and Shielding Hands before pulling Dragon Moss. Use bow to pull the Dragon Moss in the far back to get them all to run at you, then turn around and run along edge of rock cliff, all the way until the group of trees until they are out of range of patrolling Wardens. Make sure to keep up Protective Spirit, SoA, and SH while pulling until you are ready to attack. Make sure all the Dragon Moss are tightly together before turning around and running towards them. Stand behind them and against edge of rock to keep them from running by you and fleeing damage area. Cast and Renew Protective Spirit, then immediately hit Shielding Hands, Glyph of Sac, Meteor Shower, Savannah Heat, and Bed of Coals. Then just after casting that line of spells, hit SoA or SH soon as you done castin Bed of Coals, then hit Protective Spirit. If you not quick enough to renew your Protection Spells you might die. Then they should be all dead, if not just keep up enchants and kill rest of with whatever is charged for fire spells.

A VwK Rt is very good for farming these, Arc Echo, VwK, Mantra of Lightning. Pull them then run down the hill towards shrine and stay out of their casting range so they don't self-heal. They go down really fast (probably too fast).

edit: I actually use Ele Resistance instead of Mantra of Lighting. Also I bring Resilient Weapon to boost my Rt armor level.

nice build rezdogg, i farm these guys in HM with a 105hp SS/Desecrate Enchantments/Defile enchantments necro and i can say they are my normal ele tome factories, with occasional gold drops here and there.
