Good offhand for a fire ele?
Hey, I'm wondering if there is an easy to get 20% faster skill recharge 20% half cast time offhand/focus available for fire magic. Hopefully a craftable one like the fire wand at vasburg armory! Thanks for your help

Theres a collector for one in imperial sanctum. the max is 12 energy.
