Take SoA for Shielding Hands and better use Mantra of Inscriptions in the bonder build, imho.

Don't take Mantra of Inscriptions on a PvP bonder. You dont need to use Blessed any more than once every 10 seconds, and you cant afford the time it takes to cast it every 6 seconds.
Guardian is preferable to SoA on a RC due to the fact that you won't be running a SoD, so you need some form of prot against melee.
Shielding is better than SoA on a SoR bonder build because you will already be reducing damage massively, Shielding is to reduce that last bit of damage to almost nothing.

4 hits and SoA > SH and it's more effective if you're pressured.

SH has a faster cast, and you don't need it to reduce damage by anymore than what it does. SH and SoA are very similar skills, and alot of it is down to preferance, but i prefer SH.

Guardian is actually pretty bad, SoA > Guardian when it comes to melees. Conjure anyone?

also many teams run Aegis and no mending touch on their RC if their midline has draw (which it surely has) so posting solo monk bars without taking your whole teambuild into consideration will let you run into problems.

eg, your LoD wouldnt run dismiss paired with the RC, but it would with the SoD, etc etc.

Mokone covered the variations between different builds fairly well, what i gave was just some generalised builds.
And no we didn't forget Channeling. Channeling is only used in HA, and the OP didn't specify he wanted the builds for HA>

You only need Mantra of Inscriptions if you are running a Bond/Barrier build other than that don't need it.I can run Life Bond easy with my Mo/W it is very easy with Balthazars Spirit on you.

He didn't specify where he wants it. @OP: general builds are posted so you have your answer. But you have to take team into consideration and type of play. A GvG LoD infuse is considerably different from an HA one, a split teams LoD infuse tends to be much more different from a balanced spike LoD, etc etc. An excellent example of this is Mokone's comment about off-monk Draw C. You may have that on your teams bar; they may have decided not to run one with an RC already present. We don't know, so we can't really tell you.

We can't honestly give you the build you need to play. You should study your teams bars and intended playstyle before anything and determine what they need you to bring. OBs teams that run team builds similar to yours and that can also give you an idea of what to bring...and a little bit on when to use what.

Sorry my post is "need more input" but, tbh, to help you outside of RA or AB, we sorta do.

um.... first of all, while I admire your attention, once you graduate beyond RA/TA, AB, etc... I'd advise going to the teamquitter forums, as they're probably the only ones left with any real pvpers who regularly check them. As a side note, most people who are competitive are cocky assholes, so expect that.
