I don't even know if this is an elite skill or anything about it, yet.
I have seen people talking about it and was just wondering if there is a good build for a tank. |

Ursan's damage is good, but far from impressive. Depending on the situation, a warrior can outdamage it.

Its very usefull in areas with lots of blinding or blocking, otherwise its just average and gets very boring after a while.
