i am a lvl 16 A/Rit in factions and can go to nightfall. can some kind soul tell me where i can find moebius strike to make my SINFUL life fun?

also what are the best skills earlier on and how to use them for getting away from the monsters when the going gets tough and they surround you??

i like my sinful life but i do want to have fun as well.

Just buy an Elite Assassin Tome and unlock it via PvP.

i am sorry for being so sinfully dumb but where do you buy/price this elite tome for this skill and can i do PvP with any player or how do i do that?? how do i unlock the elite tomes?

Buy an elite sin tome in one of the large towns LA/Kamadan/Kaineng

they cost about 3-5k

A tome is bought for Pve chars it will give you any skill that you have unlocked with PVP faction
Each Elite skill costs 3k balthazar faction which is pretty easy to get.
