high +damage
conditional chance of deep wound that is as long as Dismember/Gash (depending on if target has cracked armor).
in the STRENGTH attribute.

+28 at 9 strength , conditional deepwound 11 seconds
+30 at 10 strength, conditional deepwound 12 seconds
+32 at 11 strength, conditional deepwound 12 seconds
+34 at 12 strength, conditional deepwound 13 seconds <--- overkill on the strength investment, people
+36 at 13 strength, condition deepwound 14 seconds <-- the highest you can go with a minor rune and 12/12 attribute split (not advisable though)

As a comparison

Assuming you have 12-14 axe/sword:

+34 to 38 damage

Eviscerate [Elite] (http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Eviscerate)
8 Adrenaline
+25 to +29 damage , Unconditional Deepwound 17-20 seconds

Galrath Slash/Silverwing Slash (http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Galrath_Slash)
8 adrenaline
+32 to 37 damage

seems pretty imba...considering it dwarfs Eviscerate given the right situation. Do note that 7 adrenaline as opposed to 8 is 1 less swing (or 1 second under 33% IAS)

Body Blow is pretty common instead of Executioner's on an Axe bar without Heal Sig already.

Its a great skill when you pair it with Shell shock on a war/ele build.

The str is rather steep and I think str is a shoddy atribute compared to what you can get from other skills...

+36 for 13 str? Not efficient by any means...

In PvP the only tactics skills worth using are WY, Shields Up, and Heal Sig, Strength is a bad attribute you're right about that. But Rush and Bull's Strike make warriors the bad asses that they are.

You don't spec into str for the sundering, you spec into it for the awesome skills it has

Hmm well it seems pretty cool... i like the shell shock combo seems like something i wanna try instead of the routine sever artery/gash combo.

weaken armor necro skill pairs with this perfect, its what i use with body blow. <3
