I completely agree with both of your posts! Trying to find a good team in RA is like playing Russian Roulette. You can hardly ever win. Also, getting one to accept a NON cookie cutter build is near impossible...and trying to play a monk that doesnt heal gets you nothing but an earful, even if your team happens to win...it really is sad.
As for your build, I would deff. look around for a better elite, and if you are going to PvP, at least get some skills which dont put you in meele range. For AB, Ray of Judgement (as Kwan Xi mentioned) is always fun! Just play around with your options and I'm sure you can get it to work. However, the only way I can see it working in its current form is with snaring heroes and some hefty healing.
