Ooops my bad, just remove Lightning Reflexes and throw in Critical Agility, it's only PVE after all.

I'd so lol, to see teams running around with 3 people /A

spreading out conditions and them, they tap that button.

Even worse with augury of death >.>

This is if it didn't need a dual..

You'd have something like

Condition 1, condition 2, condition 3, Augury, Toxic Shock, Deadly curroption 0_o

And you have some fire ele putting aoe fire* from rodgorts or SF somewhere..

I can't remember the name of the enchantment but there's one that enchants the user so that his next so many attacks cause weakness. It's in the Necromancer line somewhere and would be used n place of Enfeebling Blood (I just put it there so you can see the general idea).

well another advantage of combining virulence with signet of deadly corruption is with high deadly arts and inflict two more conditions (via assacaster or twisted fangs), you can inflict an easy spike damage. Also, bringing sadist's signet will allow a nice spike heal as well.
