Tell me when ANYTHIGN is necessary in PvE? You can probably finish the whole game with no skills at all on your skill bar. That is besides the point m8.

at least use save yourselves then. Invincible party > mediocre strippable self heal

edit:

@blue.rellik 100 dmg and 20% healing reduction is gud

for casual purpose you'll need your first 3:
trip chop
cyclone
whirlind
than leave room for utility, IAS like flail is highly recommended
than leave room for a damage buff, conjure x and splinter seem to be the best choices.
now for your self heal, lion's comfort being the ultimate choice here...
before you forget you should bring some defensive meassures, brace yourselves seems to be the best choice here
last but not least, res, if you brought splinter than death pact signet by all means, if not sunspear rebirth signet.
so there you go, the ultimate triple chopper!
