It gives a KD when used with a lead and gives a KD when it lasts full duration; no KD if it's removed by skills/hex removal.

Probably not ideal as it favors one combo that comes to mind.

It triggering on a lead would be cool (rename to Shameful waste or Mark of collapse)

Your lead would then be able to interrupt if you havent realized =P

And then you would get Wastrels BMS (KD AND snare) then FS

They've taken about 50-80 damage so far , Crippled poisoned and KD.

Then you just follow with Trampling ox....then Falling Lotus Strike..then TF

ooh the fun.

Thats doesn't dismiss the fact that Having it work on leads isn't a bad idea either.
