Barrage Removing preparations?
Hi, I was thinking about my barrage ranger, and I thought about changing his secondary to /e for conjure lightning to get maybe an extra 10 damage per hit. I know barrage says it removes all preparations, but does it remove all enchants(Such as conjure lightning)?
Thanks Guys.

Quite obvious, just check the description. There wouldn't be any hidden things for you to worry about.

ok thanks! - Problem solved!(Would this be a good build for high AOE ranger damage?), or is vigorous spirit really that good?

to OP: you see charr do this all the time with conjure flames. If it annoys you with them, it'll annoy others in PvE

Are you implying you use vigorous spirit to heal yourself while you barrage? Because that isn't very good, put those skill points elsewhere. And yes, the extra damage is better than minimal healing.

It's decent, but splinter weapon is still better (although its more annoying cause you have to recast it all the time, and it's more energy consuming).

You can do both (conjure+splinter) if you take a channeling rit or a N/Rit in your party.

If healing is of concern to this player, they could use the conjure spell and have that Rit side kick bring along something like nightmare weapon.

Just go /Rt and take [skill]Splinter Weapon[/skill][skill]Volley[/skill] for AoE damage.
You'll do vastly more damage than with Conjures and Barrage and save your elite.
For self heal you don't really need one in PvE, you do have Monks and you aren't splitting... and as a Ranger you aren't a primary target on mob AI so you'll be fine.
