I just bought the ranger embroidered boots today to go with my new outfit. I applied black to it in the preview window and it look blue. Does anyone have a combination that will look black on these boots?

Looks black on my screen, maybe it's your monitor. Can someone confirm this, it could just be my monitor.

around the ankle it does look blue.

also, you might just want to make your ranger blue then, if it won't change from blue, or just get some new boots.

It seems to be a dark navy blue color in my monitor.

I think it's just the way it dies for this armor

e.g. White in ninja mask is not white, black in monk FoW armor comes out "true" black; and dying deldrimor monk armor black comes out gray...

Thanks for the replies. Those were really the only boots I liked for my ranger... pity they don't dye correctly. I've tried combinations of black, brown, and complementary colors and nothing is close to black. Well I'm off to find new boots...
