Since you are running protection, you have a few options.
1) Remove a skill from your bar and replace it with a condition removal skill, dismiss condition. It is a cheap heal and is widely used in PVP. It can easily shutdown anyone trying to use conditions to kill you.
2) Bring Aegis/Guardian to hopefully block the attacks that will inflict the conditions upon you. Use it when you see a sin coiming or a broad head ranger.

Daze should never be removed by the person who has it on them unless they are sure they can safely get a cast off. Keep kiting around casting your 0.25 second spells like RoF until someone else can remove it for you.

I think DusT hit the nail on the head there.

1) Pre guardian yourself if possible.
2) Run away.
3) Hope people don't die.

spam that you have dazed (or tell your team over vent)
hide behind a wall and remove it
spam 1/4 spells
don't get dazed in the first place if you can help it (srsly)

use guardian, pop a stance, use mtouch/dismiss, hide for obstruction and use condition removal, kite well and hope nobody will die while using your 1/2 spells.
if you are not facing any ranged attackers, run far out of range, then return on the teammate that's far away but still in aggro circle. the enemy melees should be out of range, being crippled, giving you 2 seconds to remove it.
epic RA tactics!
for anything organized, shout at your teammates.

If you playing PvP in RA, or the Alliance Battles you can consider replacing a skill (usually a res) with [skill]Purge Signet[/skill] or [skill]Purge Conditions[/skill]. I find a lot of PvP Players that center their builds on a daze skill rely solely on that skill to keep the monk down. If you can't get away and use a normal condition removal use Purge Signet because signet use is not easily interruptible it would also throw your opponents off balance.
Just remember that it takes 10 energy away for each condition and/or hex that it removes, so hex/condition spammers it could easily sap away your energy, but the plus side is you'll be condition free and probably "alive". If your very worried about that then just bring Purge Conditions but its a spell, and even with 1/4 cast time it can still be stopped, especially by Paragons that like to daze monks then run up to melee range and get into your face.
If neither works for you.... I remember creating a build centered around [skill]Signet of Removal[/skill] that was "moderately" successful in RA. It wasn't as great as my normal monk builds but it still something that screwed dazed users up, maybe try using that if you don't like the above two choices.

staying on topic of this being a RA type of senerio, stop worrying about dazed. i bring a -20% dazed shield and swap to it incase i get dazed, and kite or return to an ally in RA to remove dazed. you can easily kite and spam up RoF and do your job as a monk. dazed is usually 6-10 seconds, with the shield it turns into 4-8 seconds. if your playing on a map that has a high group in RA, just simply kite the highground staying in earshot range of your team to hit RoF, the sin/ranger/para will continously have to run after you as you kite the highground and back down the condition will be gone way before any serious damage is done to you.
