For the Assassin bar, Siphon Strength is a great way to relieve melee-pressure, and I do think it is a good elite. To make the build more universal, try to include Blinding Powder to kill Bosses. Assassin's Remedy is nice too, I noticed heroes do use it well, and that relieves pressure from the monks.
My suggestions so far.

Also, there are some builds that work better in HM than in NM, or skills that have been useless before suddenly become useful. Anything that triggers when an opponent attacks or casts a spell is triggered more frequently, as the enemies have increased attack speed, reduced casting time, and reduced skill/spell recharge time. [skill]Enfeebling blood[/skill] and [skill]reckless haste[/skill] are some examples of skills that are "nice" in normal mode, but are extremely effective in HM.

Thanks for the info. I did not realize the enemy attack speeds, etc., were enhanced in HM. I figured it was just that the mobs/bosses had more hit points, higher armor, and more spell/skill damage, etc. The couple of regions that I vanquished (before I got totally bored with it ) in Maguuma Jungle and Istan seemed, yes, harder, but not in those particular ways.
The information you provided is good to know.

I should squeeze Prot spirit in that somehow... hum.

Just wondering - why 3 kinds of minions?
Dump Shamblings/Horrors and you have room for your PS.

Actually, that's the point. They get the 50% miss chance WITHOUT getting a buff to their attack speed, which makes the skill even more effective as a defensive measure than it is in normal mode.

Neither of your assassin builds has a lead attack. So Wild Strike/Entangling Asp will never be used. Or am I missing something?

Black Lotus Strike has been changed to a Lead Attack, the skill icon is out of date.

good to know skill icons are regularily updated ^
seriously...more feedback would be grand...the builds are still being tested...
results:
Found that the 'sin bars are also very effective in destruction Depths HM.Been running both Zenmai and Anton (or whatever his name is?)with good synergy...just nice to find an alternative to my "hero meta" :
testing out a two 'sin combo bars at the moment if they get a good level of feedback from guild members then they shall be posted to...if I'm happy with them that is!
Fire ele...bar will probably be updated in the next couple of days hopefully...found an alternative to some of the energy management for extra energy regain through no derogatory effects on the damage output.
Dervish: I have been running this bar through some of GW:EN in the Ebon areas with the HM Charr using Aegis etc. nice enchant strip of it...making maxing Ebon much faster for me! ^^
Seriously worth contemplating using this when you go into heavy Charr areas...HM hero handbook quests as-well!
----thats mostly it at the moment as I haven't been able to get online for a week due to my PC being upgraded excessively...
Also I have found a ranger spirit build that works amazingly well for the skills in the bar...really unexpected when I did it for a laugh and found out what the results were...may be able to post that soon when I find the bar again....(accidently deleted it) - so once I find it again / remake it, it will be posted!
till then though...enjoy all
