I don't see how you fail to make a build from a concept requiring one skill on your skillbar.

Despite the obvious amusement value, let's consider this issue seriously for a moment.

An ursan build for an E/Mo you say? How about

Ursan Blessing
Rebirth
(6 empty slots)

Now what you should understand is that there are very few situations where it makes sense to run UB on an ele instead of a decent ele build. Some people say that there are none, I would suggest otherwise. Situations where I have used it include

* when you H+H and need a frontliner who's smarter than Koss (typically, against caster heavy mobs to bear the brunt of the initial attack while avoiding multiple aggro in confined areas), or when you yourself happen to be the most salient target for monsters and it interferes with your primary task (i.e., leading the party).
* when you're partying with guildies and you happen to have a shortage of frontliners and an overabundance of midliners.
* for git and shiggles, i.e., when you're just having fun with friends and any monster bashing that takes place is strictly incidental. Basically the same thing as if you are having a sealed deck or drunk'n naked party.

If you H+H a lot, you might as well do some preparations. Something along these lines should work:

E/P

12 Spear Mastery
9 Energy Storage
9 Motivation or Command

* armor with all Survivor and Vitae except for Minor Energy Storage in the headpiece.
* Zealous Spear of Defense 15^50
* Motivation or Command shield of Fortitude
* -5 energy weapon in second slot

Dwarven Stability
Drunken Master
Ursan Blessing
Signet of Return
(the rest preferrably adrenaline based skills from respective attribute lines)

The combination DS-DM-UB gives you a speed boost, IAS, +AL, +HP and the ursan skill set. Zealous spear helps to keep your energy up. Switch to the negative energy set when ditching ursan form and use the adrenaline skills while your energy regenerates. Secondary paragon instead of warrior for hard rez (and because in many situations you must attack anyway to get herohench to react so it's better if the attack is ranged).

A final note of warning: extensive use of UB will induce nausea, lower your IQ and might give you hairy palms

Spend a moment thinking about what kind of person makes the original post, and whether or not this is advice you would want to give that person.

^What we should all have from Ursan...

Really you shouldn't need Ursan at all. You can do any zone with ease without it just so long as you know how to play the game semi-well.

Uh no, just happened to pop up when I searched lolcats on Google.

On-Topic: Ursan is a waste of an elite. Yes you get to replace your skills with bear skills but Ele's are not strong in armor, they need to stay in the back line so they don't get pummeled by the Melee enemies. Let Melee characters or minons take aggro. Eles should stay back and cause AoE damage, not turn into a "bear" and go to the front lines.

Ursan is the IWAY of PvE, just get over it already. It takes 5 minutes to set up a full group, it's easy to play, nearly idiot proof, and while requiring no coordination, can actually work. People are going to play it untill it gets nerfed to the ground, then they'll think up new ways to play it, so quit flaming them and let them go about their business. It's a plague just like IWAY is in HA, the quicker you realise it won't go away, the better off you'll be.

and to the OP:
Just max your e-storage and use a zealous weapon, you'll keep ursan up forever that way.
