A Lazy Man's sin for PVE
1. Locusts Fury
2. Crit Defense
3. Crit Agility
4. Strength and Honor
5. Live Vicariously
6. optional
7. optional
8. optional
for optional slots
dwarven headbutt (i use this, kd is fun, a bit extra work spamming this but at least its only one key)
critical eye
asuran scan
i am the strongest
ebon ward of honor
some type of res
dash to get from enemy to enemy faster so you can crit hit them and renew enchants
dont know if it still works, but that offhand that if youre enchanted causes deepwound but doesnt require to hit for dw to trigger.
falling spider after using dwarven headbutt
8 smite, 8 heal, 9+1+2 dagger, 11+2 crit strikes
vamp or furious daggers of enchanting
build is for lazy ppl like me who like to pretty much c+space in pve. tired of clicking numerous keys for chains? or in my case, chumps dying too fast to cash in on the moebius blossom spammage. give this a shot.
dps varies on armor of opponent, but its like 15ish per hit on a warrior, 20ish crit hit. around 30ish on squishy 40ish crit hit.
on the master of dmg dude with 15^50 vamp enchanting customized daggers and none of the optional skills, its around 70ish dps. add ebon ward, asura scan, crit eye, 140ish (r10 asura, r8 ebon) highest number i seen was 90ish but the dmg guy says my highest was around 190ish in x second. i guess i got in two hits in one second and he added it up. but adding all that would require extra work and the point really is to stay lazy. crit eye is ok tho, instant use.
if theres something countering you ie blind or blocking skills, remember to be lazy and let your heros handle it. let em remove your hex/condition and nuke the blocking guy. you can just switch target. but if you focus on the dude blocking, surprisingly, you attack so fast you attacks get thru enough times to trigger a crit hit and renew your enchants.

not surprising cus i dont know jack about derv, but coloneh, youre right. vow of strength would be pretty nice. but then id lose my extremely lazy gameplay. as it is, not counting enchantment strippage, i just put up LV and SoH in beginning of map, renew locusts every now and then, hit my kd skill. if i switch to that, id have to recast that, and if i were to take a self heal type skill equivalent to LV, mystic regen obviously, then id have to recast that too. for someone else willin to put in some extra effort, go with vow. altho, i must say, i dont know the exact math, but at 8smiting like this build uses, and if switched to 12 earth using vow, this build would have the edge vs high armored enemies, and just about even vs squishies. im only comparing autoattacks of course, because the main use of this build is for the lazy. if youre gonna argue use vow of str then bust out with +dmg lead offhand dual attacks, then thats not lazy, c+space, while eating hot pockets watching anime type build.
actually, tho, i just looked at pvxwiki, and the vow sin build using scythe is pretty damn lazy too. im gonna try that out.

no. that was my point, vow of strength lets you be lazy. you recast a few skills every 20s and do decent DPS. this kinda sucks for damage.

so youre saying a vow of strength dagger build outdmgs my build in auto attacks? can you show me that build? last i tried, i was doing like 5 dmg vs a destroyer warrior with auto attacks. 12earth, vow is +41%. 5dmg +41% = 8ish. 8smiting, +9dmg armor ignoring SoH. 5+9 = 14dmg and 50% more double strike.

now im certain you took a look at my build, the skill list and said, wow thats retarted. you havent tried it. and why auto attack with daggers? because as i said in the build description is because im lazy and im sure there are other ppl out there lazy. did my post say lazy dervish build? did i say my build is some type of spiking build, lead offhand dual to annihilate enemies? i said this is some c space fast autoattacking lazy sin that deals constant dmg. you talk down to me like im some kind of retard. i dont know why you even post in this thread. i state my build and purpose. you jump in and suggest things that deviate from that purpose. if the purpose wasnt to just c space everything, then i would probably go with your suggestions.

and also, with ONLY auto dagger attacks, i can hit upward to 90+ per hit, not to mention 76% chance to double strike, and 33% attack speed boost. that is why i autoattack with daggers. altho, thats only vs master of dmg, and vs real enemies in pve, the dmg probably wont get that high or by the time you drop ward and asura scan something, the rest of ur team killed it.

if your lazy and just want to auto attack use a weapon with a high natural DPS. not daggers.

Because any GOOD player will know that anyway, you wouldn't need to try something like this (auto-attacking with daggers = fail).
Make a dervish, Vow of Strength, GG!

My derv is a Vow of Strength build most of the time. It's fun and built for my lazy time. When I need something specific I can build it (damn you Gadd!), but Vow of Strength and auto-attack are like a Reese Peanut Butter Cup.

[skill]Shield of judgment[/skill] [skill]retribution[/skill] [skill]Healing breeze[/skill] (optional remainder skills) This is the lazy man build let them come and hit you
slap this one on as well
[skill]Viper's defense[/skill]
For fun I did run this on my monk in RA with restful breeze instead of healing breeze. I just went in the middle and waited for them to attack me since I was the Monk and all

did i make a mistake and post in the derv section or something? you guys telling me go make derv is like someone posting in rit section talkin about want to be lazy spam drop life and prot was kaolai and ppl telling him to make a monk and spam lod/heal party. however, i do concede to the fact that usin a derv and vow or even usin a scythe sin and vow is alrdy superior and only for a minimal effort increase.
but just to make a final point before ppl think the build is totally worthless:
just under 2 attacks per sec, 1.997
dps vs warr ~30
dps vs caster ~70
if using dwarven headbutt, kd target every ~3-4 seconds
if using asura scan, honor ward, double the dps.
if someone in team has great dwarf weapon, more dps, target pretty much stays down entire time ur attacking, can only get off <=1sec cast time skill
getting healed for 10 per hit, almost 20 per second equivalent to 10pip regen as long as you hit
ok so im doin 35dmg to caster, 45 for crit hit. i want to spike him. drop honor ward +13dmg, asura scan +75%dmg him. 80dmg regular, 99dmg crit. i will hit like this 2x a second until asura scan and honor ward run out.
im sure vow scythe build does that kind of dmg on the regular and only need to keep up vow and the lux/kurz skill and its aoe, so not argueing its better. but i like my sin, my derv looks like a homo, and i like daggers.
