Takes about 9 minutes per run for me, so I use Scrolls of the Lightbringer. Drops are such that I usually make enough gold to pay for each run's scroll. If not, well, I have extras to supplement, and I refresh that stock of extras on the more profitable runs that generate a few thousand.
Result is 700 xp per enemy, with something like 1.8k xp for bosses. Fast title farm.

Don't. I tried assigning macro key G18 to spam 8 when held down, and I actually ended up disconnecting myself from the server (lost a survivor). Unless you meant just binding a key ingame, not using a macro.
