Best Adrenaline Building Skills
I am fairly new to my Paragon, I would just like to know what are the best skills for Adrenaline building for myself and for the warriors in my party.
Also what is a good DPS build for my Paragon, while I can still add some support for my party
I am a Paragon Monk btw.

I didn't miss it, I purposefully did not put it in there, seeing how another adrenal skill would ruin the effectiveness of "Save Yourselves!"

I hardly see how using GFTE would ruin your adrenaline, especially since SY is charged in 4 hits. You don't need SY up consistently to own face

well, using an adrenal skill decreases your adrenaline by one, SY can save parties in many situations XD

I find the mentality of players change when that SY isn't up as often, especially when you do play with SY a lot. You can get sloppy and it's especially easy to see if the monks aren't that good. I was finally playing my warrior recently and while mashing Dragon Slash with For Great Justice! in effect I would hit the SY button way more often than I needed to. As my paragon it's always the only adrenaline skill on my bar; the only skill that gives me back energy so I hit it as often as I can. It's a bad habit I've developed by playing with him so often.
But honestly maintaining a perma SY would never raise complaints from anyone so go nuts.
GftE! personally I don't even run anymore. My gon is always in SY mode and his bar is cramped enough as is so there isn't room to add it anyway. I used it when finishing off skill hunter, since I didn't always have access to warrior secondary, but mainly just to fuel my energy. With the 4 second recharge I've been using Anthem of Envy instead when I have any sort of decent spec into Command (read, on Morgahn). Higher level enemies means you're doing less damage, armoured foes the same. +damage becomes a more valuable resource since it ignores all of that. At 6 adrenaline with no recharge you can put it up just as often as GftE!, becomes more spammable with something like Dark Fury (which I always have when heroing), and helps me get the enemy to a point where I can use Merciless Spear (on the hero, and they're good with it) to get a guarenteed Deep Wound (compared to Vicious Attack + GftE! which just gives a pretty good chance and some +damage).

Realize when you run all 4, you've become an adren RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO
I run both SY! and GftE!, the latter hardly used except for a quick e-spike when I'm especially low. I'm all about resource juggling now
To OP:
- Focused Anger
- For Great Justice!
- Frenzy
- EDIT: lawlz I forgotz Teh Spear of Fury!

I definitely meant Frenzy. Never H&H without condi removal; Cracked Armour is too much of a drag.
It'll probably be swapped for Flurry once I get Proph, but only for HM. I've grown to like Frenzy.

Cracked armor is hardly a drag. Addressing the bar posted, Adrenaline gain is capped at 100 percent, I've no idea what FGJ! is doing there.

I'd rather drop the condition removal than Aggressive Refrain. If I'm facing a lot of dazed, blind, or weakness (conditions that matter) then I'm bringing something like Song of Purification.
Or just not use your hero slots on monks.

They are not used at the same time, FGJ is there to cover FA's downtime. Regarding AR, the cracked armour is a minor price to pay for perma IAS, and hero monks are not really worth it, the henchies do fine.

FA+FGJ+spear of fury is overkill, I only take FA+spear of fury and i have more than enough adren' to spam GFtE! and SY!.

He's referring to the energy costs of H&H repeatedly removing the cracked armor condition.
Overall, it'd be cheaper to slap on Protective Spirit or some other prot on the Paragon and have him go Frenzy so you don't end up with an AI Monk with no energy.

Or don't use hero monks. I can't think of any situation where I would slot a hero monk unless I'm with 5 other humans.

But that is a different issue altogether. I use Hero Monks. A lot of others do too. Sorry for not being l33t.
Regarding Frenzy, Kale hit it right on the head.

In which case I will ask what does your hero monk bring to the fight that the henchmen monks don't?

Which is still a moot point, with SY and TNTF up then the monks can get lazy healing people which gives them plenty of energy to remove the cracked armour.
