Damage. You don't need to be self-sufficient if all the enemies are dead. Its your monk/supports job to keep you alive, not yours.

And don't even try to get near AoB (it's like Mending for Warriors).
Oh, and don't use Sup for Scythe Mastery, Major is definitely enough (if not Minor, which I personally prefer).

He is asking about RA. You are only 1/4 if you do luck out and get an actual monk then you may not have a problem. But if the monk is pressured you will need someway to keep yourself alive. Some healing is not a bad idea. You can still get a spike in.

You can get 150+ crits in PvE, but in PvP you generally have to balance your build so that it will actually work against some of the tricks people will try to pull. For that reason, most PvP builds rarely top 100 per hit. But that's OK, because you can land enough hits in succession to make it painful for your target anyway.
