Default Does Clarity Rune and Reduce Blindness Inscription Stack?

Sorry to make one whole new thread for a question.

Just wondering if the 20% blind reduction from the clarity rune and the reduce blind inscription stacks to give u 36% reduction.

If so, do you guys think it will be better to use it for the 36%, as compared to other runes and inscription?

I personally feel its better to remove the condition as soon as possible. And of course, skill recharge, wide spread condition and other factors come in.

Would like to hear some suggestions and comments

Thanks

Well, if your going PvE and you want blind reduction is a bad choice. A hero Monk will simple get rid of the condiction instantly. Runes that get rid of condictions early are kind of useless, when a monk Henchmen/Hero/Player is ready by your side. (If it was 40-60% early. But not 36%)

I agree with you to a certain extend. But when you are hero/henching, and when a few members of your party are suffering from conditions, you might not get priority of being cured of the condition. Not to mention monk hench prior to EotN do not bring cond removal.

As said, a blind duration of say 4-5 sec is very much different from a 10 sec one. Eg. Dismiss condition has a 3 sec recharge, if you are the 3rd to be targeted by the hero/hench monk for cond removal, 6-7 sec is already gone.

And its not that paragon needs the dmg reduction in stance/enchant and armor vs xx only works against specific mobs/places. Thus reduce blind might be useful at times you don't need the armor vs xx.

Interesting, especially when your blind gets buried under the cracked armor from AR blind can get annoying.
