E/A Raptor Cave - clear under 1 min
Ok, there are a lot of E/A Raptor Cave variants, but this one I've build on my own and to me it works the easiest and fastest.
Skills:
[skill]Storm Djinn's Haste[/skill][skill]Glyph of Sacrifice[/skill][skill]Shadow Form[/skill][skill]Glyph of Elemental Power[/skill][skill]Sliver Armor[/skill][skill]Air of Superiority[/skill][skill]Crystal Wave[/skill][skill]Aftershock[/skill]
Cast from left to right
Attributes:
12 Earth, 12 Shadow, 3 Air
Runes:
+3 Earth, +3 Air, (+3 Energy if you need that)
Equipment:
Headpiece with +1 Earth of, rest of armor with +hp and/or + ene stuff w/e u want
+5 energy weapon with enchanting mod, earth offhand with +12 energy
Place: Riven Earth, just outside Rata Sum
The Run:
Enter Riven Earth from Rata Sum in HM, take the Asuran Rep Bounty if you want. Use Storm Djinn's to get to the cave faster, stick along the wall along the righthand to reach it.
Inside the cave, BEFORE aggroing, cast 1 and 2. (DO NOT use Shadow Form yet) The Glyph will make u cast SF instant when you need it. No go to the leftside of the cave and aggro all, but stay out of their range. Keep running out of their range, back the way you came and do the same on the right side, including the boss.
At this point you might be getting tight with the 30+ foes aggro, so you can cast SF if needed.
Now sweep back to the entrance of the cave, along the wall, making sure the Raptors are behind you and not in front. This should make them all clutter up tightly, plus as long as the wall is on THEIR LEFT hand side, they wont run away from aggro.
Whenever you stop running along the wall, make sure you have triggered SF with the Glyph already, also make sure the Glyph is still up (dont cast any other spells afterwards, and watch the 15 secs timer).
Cast 4 + 5 for a strong Sliver armor which will do massive damage. Immediately cast Air of Superiority (6) afterwards, followed by the two AoE spells (7 and 8).
Be sure to recast SF (no need for the glyph now), Sliver armor and Air of Superiorty when it is running low.
The AoE spells will soften up the targets, so you only need 8 hits instead of 12 per Raptor or w/e. However, they can be replaced by something you think will be more usefull.

i#'ve tried a few runs, it's not as reliable and it's not as fast as the E/A fire version, I'll stick to that :/

just the fact that you cast sf again means it is slower.. i agro cast sf kill and pick up drops before it runs out..

Hmm yeh, the Ebon Honor is a good add, ty. Good to replace the AoE with. And yes, you can kill the 5-7 Raptor patrol with this build.
As opposed to the Fire build, this build can probably kill 2x more Raptors including the boss. But that would require you to recast SF. Still the drops are better with Sliver then with AoE. Plus getting them not to run with AoE is more tricky then it is with Sliver.

you kidding? air of superiority is great for any caster since it recharges all your skills with some luck you can cast arcane echoed savannah heat and savannah heat twice each
the build i tried was
dark escape, glyph of concentration, shadow form, sliver armor, grasping earth, aire of superiority, radiation field, and a self heal, but it doesn't always work =/

I forget who originally posted the E/Me build, but it also works great here, and you dont have to "run away". Been using it for a while, it's great.
