WOW loving the build.
Me and my Brother usually do stuff together and we are running the Dual MM paragon build with 2 hero Monks and a hero ELE.
Just wondering.. If me and my brother are both rangers would it be wise to run both the Dual SF and Dual MM with one Monk as a group or would we be a little skimpy on the heals.
Also, What other skills would be handy for a duo of rangers in that group considering we both have Epedemic and Broad Head arrow as we feel our skill bar is being wasted:P heals maybe?

Being rangers, maybe another build would work slightly better for you assuming you guys want to use your ranger skills and not go autopilot with the SF/MM synergy. I use this on my ranger with friends.

2 MMs (but one with Order of Vampire at 10 blood)
2 Monks (you can use the henches for this)
4 rangers including yourselves.

2 of these should be set as Barrage commanders (Set the heroes as these) i.e. R/P with Go for the eyes/Stand your Ground in addition to standard barrage template (Savage shot/distracting shot). The remaining 2 rangers should be straight barragers with one packing Favourable winds and the other Winnowing. Or both of you can go Splinter barrage for even way more damage.

Try it and see, the damage will be absolutely insane (OoV coupled with oodles of physical damage i.e. barrage/minions + FW + Winnowing + GFTE spamming) and mobs will melt away. The only issue is that the second MM will not be AoL so healing health sacrifice from BoTM is a pain. I usually just take the one MM (Jagged bones not AoL) and put in a OOV hero necro with maximum blood along with enfeeble etc etc and give pets to the rangers to sort of make up for lower number of minions. But there is another alternative i.e. keep both MMs as AoL but kill the interrupts and put the points in curses and use barbs!!

By the way, this is more or less the build people use in tombs (if you take out 1 MM, 1 Monk and add back OOV and another ranger). This has the advantage of working in places where there are no bodies through pet exploitation.

I KNOW this is a big ask and you've been so helpful so far but would it be possible to help me out with skill bars/Attribute Spending.
Thanks so much

No problem

Orders MM
Death Magic: 16 (12 + 4)
Soul Reaping: 8 (7+1)
Blood Magic: 10 (9+1)

Order of the Vampire
Animate Bone Fiend
Animate Shambling Horror
Blood of the Master
Signet of Lost Souls
Dark Bond
Death Nova
Res

R/P Barrage Commander

15 Marksmanship (Major rune)
9 or 10 Expertise (Minor rune)
Rest in Command

Barrage
Distracting Shot
Savage Shot
Favorable Winds
Go for the eyes
Stand your ground
Whirling Defense
Signet of Return

Barrage Ranger

15 Marksmanship (Major rune)
10 Expertise (Minor rune)
10 Wilderness Survival (Minor rune)

Barrage
Distracting Shot
Savage Shot
Winnowing
Throw Dirt
Whirling Defense
Troll Unguent
Res

If you want to add pets, you would need to take out throw dirt/whirling defense and replace with charm animal/comfort animal while leaving attributes as is.

Alternative Jagged Bones Build

Death Magic: 12 + 1 + 3
Soul Reaping: 12
Healing Prayers: 3

Jagged Bones {E}
Animate Bone Fiend
Animate Bone Horror
Signet of Lost Souls
Blood of the Master
Death Nova
Heal Area
Res

To put in barbs, you need to take down soul reaping, take out healing prayers and put as many points in your curses as possible.

Hope these help.

Lol, I think you're in the wrong thread. Check the thread by Dan the Noob.

Zinger, it was a chance of luck that I came across your guide, and let me tell you, it really opened my eyes how another point of view can implement their idea of synergy. For a long, long, time, ever since the SR nerf, I've been struggling how to deal with the Energy issue on my Necro Hero. Your choice of Mesmer Signets has left it's mark on me. Specifically, a red mark on my forehead. "DOH!" said I, as I went to the Skill Trainer, as I didn't even have the Mantra or the Leech Signet, haha!

If you do not know me, I'm the guy who wrote "The New Minion Bomber" over in the Rit forum. Now, I realize that a Rit player has a different tempo from a Necro player, but I'd like to hear your thoughts anyways. My bars:

Rit/N: Boon of Creation, Explosive Growth, Spirit's Gift, Animate Minions, Taste of Death, Putrid Bile, Necrosis
N/Me: Icy Veins, Putrid Bile, Death Nova, Animate Bone Fiends, Mantra of Inscriptions, Signet of Lost Souls, Leech Signet, Power Drain
E/Me: Fire Attunement, Aura of Restoration, Glowing Gaze, Gylph of Immolation, Searing Flames, Incendiary Bonds, Mark of Rodgort, Liquid Flame
Monk: LoD Heal monk with Dwayna's Sorrow

I chose to go with many more Conditions, degen, PBAoE, and Hexes, and all in all, it's quite effective. For someone who chose to play an odd hybrid and love it, how do you think it'd do in HM? Assuming I get a favorable response from you, I'd like to credit you in my humble guide for your contribution to my revised Necro bar.
